Mrs.Anjum Raizada known for her social service activities and her devotion to spiritual actitvities always made sure that twice in a month she organized a pooja at home for the welfare of her family.Wifes of the rich businessmen, her friends and her close relatives would make an appearance at their mansion for the ocassion. Most of them to show off their obsession towards the new trends in jewellery and sarees while some of them seriously involved in the pooja activities. They always had an eye on the youngest handsome Raizada which would instigate the mothers to bring their daughters to the pooja with some intention behind.

Arnav looking at the decoration gives an unsatisfied sigh and moves into the hall to witness a pretty large female crowd half of them swooning over him while half of them adjusting their daughter's make up as if decorating a mannequin for an exhibition.

Anjum Raizada a woman in her mid 50s gets happy looking at Arnav and she comes forward to get hugged by him and she kisses him on her forehead. He breaks the hug facing her with a raised eyebrow.

Arnav : What's up today? Don't you think the models present today outnumber the ones present for your previous pooja ?

Anjum : Shh.. don't say like that chotte. They have come here to pray for the well being of their family and for their daughters to get married fast. You go and get freshened up..

Arnav : Fine. I would be working from home today and I don't want any disturbances.

Anjum : Don't worry. I will take care of that. I will send your food to your room. You can have it upstairs.

Arnav looking around: Have you called everyone?

Anjum : everyone matlab ??

Arnav : errm 'Nothing.. I will make a move..

Anjum smiled at him who was walking past her avoiding her about to tease glance on him.

Khushi rushed to open the gates of her house when she received a call from Lavanya..

Lavanya : Khush... where are you ? Why did you leave early?

Khushi : La, Anjum aunty has arranged for a pooja, myself and jiji have to attend it. So I have reached home to change my dress and jiji is joining me in few minutes to leave for his house.

Lavanya : Another pooja in a month? By the way I have a doubt this pooja is for married ladies to pray for their husbands and for young girls to get married faster. I undertand Payal jiji attending it but you' Which category do you belong to ?

Khushi : Ofcourse I belong to the former..Koi shaq???? I am on fasting today and I will be having food only after the pooja.

Lavanya :woah.. Dharm patni ..Jai Ho'

Khushi : Shut up La.. Im getting late. Let me leave fast.. will talk to you later..

Lavanya : Hey' wait wait.. I need a proper update on the meeting ok?

Khushi : No chance. I need privacy.. No interruptions please' pagli.. take care bye..

Khushi opened her door to find Payal getting ready in her brown saree and looking gorgeous.

Khushi : Jiji.. Are you ready ??? Oho.. I have to rush now..

Payal : Khushi.. I told you to come on time..

Khushi ( taking her clothes from the closet and changing the dress) : Oho.. jiji, don't ask me now the TD has been fired the whole department is mobbed by other channel reporters asking for the details on where is .. Chi.. I am ashamed to say that I worked with such a jerk. But I don't understand how could they leak such a video from our office. Someone has planned this I am sure. This surely affected our channel's name.

Payal : Yea.. Infact I feel it adds to channel's good will that he was fired before everyone on the grounds of misbehaving with ladies. He deserved it.. Idiot how dare he insult my sweet sister? I wonder what would be bhai's reaction ?

Khushi dropped the pallu of her saree which she was clipping on her shoulder with "wide eyes shocked expression".. Payal got scared and came to her.

Payal : Khushi what happened? Why are you looking so shocked?

Khushi : Jiji' I have a huge doubt. That TD Mr.Rathore is missing from yesterday night.. Looks like ASR is behind this' OMG why didn't it stuck my head today morning when he messaged me that he reached!

Payal : Possible.. but I don't think Bhai would go that low of kidnapping him. I have full confidence in him..

Khushi : haan.. jiji. I too have'. But..

Payal ( keeping her elbow on her shoulder) : I m sure he would have finished this Rathore's case last night itself.. After all that Rathore had messed up with the great Arrogant Singh Raizada's fiancee..

Payal had a narrow escape from Khushi's attacks running out of the room..

Akash was dressing up his daughter Ananya when he saw his wife Sheetal coming inside his room with utter frustration..

Sheetal : Damn' I hate this.. why do this mama keep this pooja often? I hate to see those ladies club who are more concerned about my dress and make up. Even if I wear a saree for the second time they notice and tease me reminding that. Cunning ladies! Why do mama call these useless people for pooja?

Akash : Sheetal' Calm down.. why do you get hyper on all these things? Breathe in and out. Don't get angry so much..

Sheetal : uff. You and your doctor advice.

Akash : Yea I can advice only to my patients. Atleast let their spouses live in peace.hmm. Let me check if Chotte has reached or not?

Akash left the room with Ananya in his arms to his brother's room. The main intention was to escape from his wife.

Sheetal (mumbling) : Chotte.. uh' Your mother would make sure that he should be present in this house for any pooja. Everything at his convinience. He and his fiance is the darling of this house. He rules this house and you people.

Khushi found herself indulged in some work in the kitchen of Raizada house with HP..

Khushi : HP bhaiyya. I will take care of these. You can start serving for all of them..

HP : Khushi bhabhi.. you must be tired. I will take care of everything.

Khushi : No problem bhaiyaa. If you don't mind can you call jiji from the pooja to come here?

HP: sure..

Arnav could sense from his room that she was here. He hated to come down for this pooja refusing to meet such a crowd but he didn't mind to get down and search for her who has failed to mark the attendance in his room even after half an hour of entering his house. He saw her stirring the Kheer in kitchen standing alone humming her favourite song for her entertainment.

Deep Red colour saree, her earrings dangling motion as if supporting the action of her hand while stirring, her silky hair flying to reveal her milky white skin, her spectacles adding to her charm and the petite figure which attracted him move towards her. She stopped her humming and turned when he was standing right behind her as she could sense his presence near her. Looking at his not so happy face she gave a cute smile which could melt even the hard rock.

Arnav : Don't smile like that. Tell me Why didn't you come to meet me first ?

Khushi was about to answer when she heard Anjum calling her from the hall..

Anjum : Khushi beta, come fast, its time for aarti..

Khushi : Yea aunty.. coming...

She turned to switch off the gas and tried to move when he pulled her elbow and pinned her on the kitchen slab..

Arnav gritting his teeth in anger.

Arnav : Dammit Cant you hear what I asked you ?

Khushi : ASR, aunty is calling me.. Leave me.. Let me go for aarti. I have to finish the kheer and serve the guests too. What will they think of us?

Arnav : So the guests & pooja are important than me???

Khushi : No ASR.. I mean... Forget it you wont understand..

Arnav : What dont I understand ?

Khushi turned her face sideways not able to meet his dagger emitting eyes.. He turned her chin facing him.

ASR : Look at me when I talk to you..

Khushi : uff ok .. Don't shout...

ASR : You are mine and I will kill if anyone comes in between us? Don't you know that?

Khushi wanted to calm him down first and move to the aarti. She cupped his cheeks and smiled giving a small kiss in the nose.

Khushi : Sorry dear...uff.. look at that red angry nose of my khadoos laad governor..

Anjum : Khushi...

Khushi : ASR.. Come lets go for aarti.

Saying thus she dragged him to the pooja hall where everyone present was astonished to see the son of the family holding hands with a normal looking girl who is not matching to their status and pomp. Anjum was very happy to see Arnav attending the pooja and her guess was right that Khushi is the only person who can bring him down to the pooja thus not letting her go upstairs to meet Arnav when she entered the house. Anjum moved forward and gave the thaal to Khushi who happily received it and did the aarti. Sheetal couldnt resist to see the sight as she was sure she would be mocked by her friends when Anjum gave priority to Khushi infront of the public. Arnav was not interested in this public appearance but pretended to be a very obedient boy infront of everyone. When he saw the eyes of all the ladies with a sarcastic look on Khushi he purposely pulled her near and held her shoulders while all of the gaped with jealousy at the couple infront..

PRECAP

Sheetal : Khushi.. I know how to look after my daughter. You dont need to teach me.

Anjum : Sheetal.. don't u dare talk like that to her. She is also the daughter in law of the house.

Sheetal : She might be another daughter in law of the house but you forget mama I m your only daughter in law.

Anjum :Stop it Sheetal... Get inside your room now! Be happy that Chotte didnt hear to your words.

Sheetal stared at everyone present there especially Akash who turned his face on the other side and left while Khushi bent her head down and Payal came to console her by supporting her shoulders.
