Beautiful as ever...so Arnav has never felt overly passionate about sex...? I am not surprised...when one is detached from everything how can a simple exercise of physical release be an inducement for passion?

The desire between them is palpable...but Kashi's last line was the most heartfelt confession of love. I love you so much I cannot curse you too...what a change wrought in 5 days? From loathing to love...

Somehow though, I think if there truly is a curse, that it has the power to end with these two. Because they are just too hardheaded and stubborn to let such a thing as a curse overcome them. 😆At least that's what I would like to think...

So I was in the middle of a very Sunday family get together when I saw your PM, and unable to contain myself, I went ahead and opened it. And there it was, chapter 57, and of course the eega story (:P), which I am reading , D, and will shortly comment on. I don't know why (oh, why!) I went ahead and started reading it.. Because being around family when you read such things is not exactly recommended. I am no Sanaya, so naturally, I sucked at trying to keep an impassive face, breaking into grins and giggles now and then.

Ok, so I came back inside and read it again, and again. I broke into grins and giggles again, and I love it.

Their conversations, man! I so missed them! The silence might have eaten at them, but let me tell you, not as much as it irked me!

"I like touching you. And I like it when you touch me."

Oh, what a line! Totally unexpected, but whattay line, ma!

"I don't bite every woman who pisses me off."

"I sort of imagined you did."

Score, girl. Score!

"Now you've gone and ruined it, Arnav..." she whispered against his ear.

Kashi should be on Oprah! Seriously! Great Update, D! :)

"Why didn't you take me to task that day when I bit you here?" he asked, his voice turning hoarse, as he ran his index finger over the cloth covering her waist where he had left a mark on her in the pond.

"I was in shock." She whispered as he felt her nails dig into his arm again.

"How about later on when you had recovered from the shock?"

"I thought of it logically. You were merely getting back at me for putting you in that predicament. Men like using underhanded tactics like that on women, don't they?"

As an answer, he bit the tip of her earlobe, making her earring swing back and forth as she jerked up in response.

"I don't bite every woman who pisses me off."

"I sort of imagined you did." She said and he felt her fidget as his breath teased her ears.

that visual treat.. (not the conversation, but the gestures between them.)

i squirmed along with her, as arnav's fingers and mouth and breath played on kashi.
