Of course she would say no , the cheeky thing. And she agrees she's playing hard to get. And being so blase about love making, as if they're talking about morning coffee. But the last line made me understand. The real reason is that she believes that village myth about no men living long in Kalarikkal House, innit? She may not say it, but in her heart of hearts, that's the true reason.

Like expected she said no. The conversation that followed with their sarcastic comebacks and their intimacy left me spellbound. I am relishing the update with each re-read..I am not going to dissect and wonder why she said what she said..just sitting back and enjoying the feel and the mood it left me with..Kashi is indeed mysterious and unpredictable..

The conversation following his proposal was so natural and beautiful between these two people...exactly in character. Not flowery romance for Kashi...she right always gets not the essence on any topic and is so direct...and he is an equal match for her.

The last part was hard hitting...she would have married him day one...but now...now itis different...she has feelings...

I just don't know what to say, D. Every update I read; it continues to amaze me, to surprise me. Sure, I didn't expect an immediate yes from Kashi, but I could have never imagined their conversation. Anything I say will be nothing... I love! That's all I can say.
