Ayesha:- (thinking) Omg!!!! That means di is pregnant!!!!!!
Her mouth dropped open……
Virat:- Ayesha… look at me…. and tell the truth…… u r pregnant…. right??
Ayesha sighed. She looked at manvi and thought what to say as she was totally numb. She was brought out of trance with Virat's loud voice…..
Virat:- Ayesha…. Looking towards ur di won't save u….. Just tell the truth dammit….. R u pregnant???
Ayesha again turned her eyes towards manvi who was looking at her in pleading eyes and she shook her head silently…
Ayesha shut her eyes tightly and prepared herself to say a lie….
Ayesha:- fine…!!!!!
Virat:- (getting shocked) so.. u r pregnant!!!!!
Ayesha:- no…no..No… I m not pregnant actually it's my friend … jasmine…
Virat:- what!! Jasmine?? Who is this?? I haven't heard about her before… (Crossing his hands and looking at her suspiciously) and by the way why is her pregnancy kit in Ur bathroom???
Ayesha:- woh… kal aayi thi yahan… she told me that test was negative…. (Faking anger) Omg!!!! She lied to me…. I m going to call her now… how can she lie to her friend!!!
Manvi giggled covering her mouth without getting it in notice of Virat….. seeing her sister's acting skills…..
Virat:- ohh….. I was so scared….. Sorry angel…. I thought u….
Ayesha:- its k Virat…..
Virat:- no angel I m really very sorry for not trusting u….
Manvi spoke suddenly in middle…
Manvi:- but I believed throughout…..
Ayesha looked at her making eyes smaller….
Manvi:- of course di.. U did…. (Sarcastically)
Manvi looked down getting guilty…..
Ayesha:- di…. let's go to my room…. I want to talk with u on some important issues….. (Dragging her towards upstairs)
Just then Manvi's mobile rang… manvi leave the big sigh of relief and excused her to take the call…
Manvi:- hey Stacy….. Ya I'll reach in few minutes…. Bye!!!!
Manvi:- I have to go now angel…. we will speak some other time.. Bye….
Ayesha:- di….
Manvi ran out without looking back at Ayesha….
She reached office and called Stacy to bring her a coffee….
Stacy:- hey manvi…. here is ur drink….
Keeping a mug filled with milk in front of her….
Manvi:- yeh kya hai…. I told u to bring me coffee not milk….. I hate milk….
Stacy:- sorry dear… from now on u can't drink coffee. It's not good for Ur health….
By the way… what did doctor say??
Manvi:- (covering her face with her hands) yes Stacy… I m pregnant!!!
Stacy:- what r u gonna do now??
Manvi:- nothing yet thought about it…. because I m still in shock….
Stacy:- did u tell him??
Manvi:- how can I tell him….. I just got to know few hours ago…… and I will never let him know that this is his…. (Pointing towards her midsection)
Stacy:- but he has whole right to know that this is his … (Pointing towards Manvi's midsection)
Manvi:- please don't make me remind about him now…..
Stacy:- k… fine…. By the way did that pregnancy kit show positive???
Manvi:- yes...and u know what…. because of ur pregnancy kit idea… I was about to get caught… but I was nearly saved by my shower….
Stacy:- saved by shower???!!!!!
Manvi:- my shower was linking from morning so I took the test in Ayesha's room and Virat found that kit in her dustbin and he thought it was Ayesha's….
Stacy:- then….. Did u tell him that it was Urs???
Manvi:- no….Not at all…..beside Ayesha saved me….
And now the big problem is Ayesha knows the truth… I m scared to face her. If she ask me who's the father than what I m gonna say???
Stacy:- so u r thinking of keeping his name a secret from her…..
Manvi:- that's what I have decided for now…..

Ayesha kept waiting whole day for manvi to get answers from her, but she was not yet back from her office. She tried calling her di but it always got connected to her voicemail. Ayesha knew she was doing it purposely to avoid her questions. At last Ayesha gave up and thought of dealing with her di some other time, when she feels comfortable talking about it…..
It was about 11 pm and manvi was still in her office working. Actually work was just an excuse, she knew Ayesha must be ready with her list of questions to bombard on her but manvi didn't have enough guts to face her…..
Manvi reached back home at 12…. And she was tip toeing towards her room when lights got switched on suddenly…..making her jump…..
Manvi turned around and saw Virat standing behind her crossing his hands…..
Manvi:- u idiot….. tumne mujhe dara diya…!!!!!
Virat:- Sharma….. Tum phir chalu ho gayi na???
Manvi:- huh??
Virat:- tum phirse ajeeb behave kar rahi ho……
Manvi:- nahi toh….
Virat:- really!!!…. phir apne hi ghar mein choro ki tarah kyu aa rahi ho…???
(really??? then why r u entering in ur own house like a theif!!!!)
Manvi:- woh mein tum dono ko disturb nahi karna chahti thi…isiliye……(giving a wide smile)
(I thought of not disturbing u both at this time..so….)
Virat:- k….. Chalo khana kha lo….
Manvi:- nahi mujhe bhook nahi hai….
(no… I m not hungry…)
And she turned around to walk when Virat held her hand…
Virat nodded denying…..
Virat:- (in low voice) chalo mere saath…..
(Come with me…)
Manvi stood looking at him… the way he cared for her always made her feel special. She followed him without opposing….
He made her sit at dining table and brought the plate full of food….and kept in front of her…
Virat:- chup chap yeh sab khatam karo….. abhi!!!!
(Just sit here quiet….and eat the food… )
He said her strictly….
Manvi:- itna sara khana…. No Virat mujhe bhook nahi hai….
(No Virat this food is too much for me….. I m not that hungry. I can't eat this much…..)
Virat took a piece of roti with sabji and brought it near her lips….
Virat:- muh kholo…..
(open ur mouth…)
Manvi obeyed him like a good kid…. and he fed her….
Virat:- aab jaldi se yeh sab khatam karo….. NOW!!!
(Complete it…. now!!!)
Manvi:- (making innocent face) k… daddy!!
Virat smiled…..and sat beside her until she finishes her food……
Virat:- dekho… ho gaya na…. sab khatam kar diya aur bol rahi thi bhook nahi hai….. jao aab so jao….
(see….u finished it all even though u weren't hungry!!! (after a pause) Now…. go….. get some rest….)
Manvi: - hey …. Thanks…..
Virat:- dosti mein no sorry no thank u…. got it…. (Pointing the finger towards her)
Manvi:- (interlocking her finger with him) k…. (Smiling)
Manvi suddenly felt like she was about puke…. She ran upstairs covering her mouth… Virat got worried and followed her towards her room….
As Virat entered in the room he heard her voice from bathroom. She was puking badly…. He slammed the door….
Virat:- manvi … r u ok???
Manvi didn't answer him… but after few minutes she came out wiping her face with towel….
Virat ran towards her and held her shoulders….
Virat: - r u ok???
Manvi: - I m fine Virat… (Smiling) don't worry….
Virat: - (suspiciously) r u hiding something from us???
Manvi turned around to avoid seeing in his eyes as she feared of getting caught….
Manvi: - no yaar…. I think because of ur over feeding it happened…. I'll be fine by tomorrow morning…..
Virat: - wait… I'll bring some medicine for u…..
Manvi turned around suddenly…
Manvi: - no….
Virat: - why???
Manvi: - I have medicines with me… I'll take it….
Virat: - k… good night…..
Virat walked towards door when manvi stopped him…… calling back…
Manvi: - Virat…
Virat: - hmm….
Manvi:- don't care for me so much that I get used to it…..as….. soon ur 5 months are getting over…..
Virat's heart stopped for a second thinking of leaving this house. He never thought that going away from manvi and Ayesha will make him so sad. He turned around and walked near her….
Virat: - no... I m not leaving. Not until my friend gets normal….. (Smiling)
Manvi:- do u think I have chances of getting normal????
Virat:- maybe in 100 or 200 years…… till then I m not leaving!!!!!
And they both started laughing...
Manvi felt a gush of happiness in her heart…. hearing him saying that. She had no words to say him anything as she herself was unknown with her feelings. She never thought in her life that the person whom she hated so much will one day become her best friend…. and she didn't wanted this friendship to get spoiled at any cost.
Virat:- k… bye.. Good night… take care!!!!
Manvi:- hmmm…. Good night!!!

Next day morning... Virat was in living room watching morning news with a coffee… manvi came towards him with her cup and sat beside him…
Virat saw her mug filled with milk… he chocked his coffee….and started laughing.
Manvi: - pagal ho gaye ho kya???
(Have u gone crazy???)
Virat: - pagal toh tum ho gayi ho shayad….. jo ladki doodh ke naam se bhagti thi.. aaj doodh pi rahi hai!!!
(I think u have gone crazy… the girl who hated milk like anything is now drinking a full mug of it!!!!)
Manvi: - (stammering) woh… actually ….
Virat looked at her curiously to know her answer…
Just then Ayesha came downstairs with her bag pack…..
Ayesha:- maybe her doctor have told her….!!!
Virat and manvi turned their faces to look towards Ayesha. Manvi's eyes got wide open as she was scared that Ayesha might tell him about her pregnancy….
Manvi:- yes…. She is right… my dietician told me to avoid coffee and drink cup of milk every morning!!!
Ayesha was pissed off on her di thinking of why she was hiding her pregnancy from them.
Ayesha:- Virat… I m leaving for school... Bye!!!
Virat:- wait I'll leave u…
Ayesha: - no…. I will take bus…. Bye!!!
And she gave an angry glare to manvi before turning towards door but Virat stopped her….
Virat: - angel wait…..
Ayesha stopped and turned towards him making a straight face…
Virat: - I m sorry!! I know u r still angry on me because I didn't trust u yesterday…..
Ayesha: - (smiling) its k Virat... I know u were worried for me. And by the way I wasn't mad at u…
Virat:- then whom??
Manvi started coughing when she saw Ayesha's eyes moved on her….
Virat:- r u ok??
Manvi:- oh… I hate milk…. I can't drink it…. (Making an ewww face)
Ayesha:- I think di… u should drink it…. it's good for ….. (Looking at her stomach..)
And she walked out silently……
Manvi knew it's not good to avoid her more… she decided to talk on this with Ayesha as she comes back from school….

Manvi came back from her work and directly walked upstairs towards Ayesha's room. She slowly opened the door making cracking sound and peered in. she saw Ayesha was sitting on bed facing her back with books all over on bed….. Manvi knocked the door…
Ayesha:- come in di…. no need to knock….
Manvi came near Ayesha and sat in front of her on bed ….
Manvi:- (coming near her) I m sorry…. (Holding ears)
Ayesha looked at her di who was almost looking like a kid holding ears. Her anger flew away as she looked at her innocent smile…..but still she maintained her face straight
Ayesha:- for what???
Manvi:- because… I…. I….. (Bit hesitating…..)
Ayesha:- yes…. What about u di??
Manvi:- (closing her eyes tightly) I m pregnant!!!!! I m sorry…. very very sorry…..
And a lone tear came down flowing through her eye on cheek….
Ayesha:- (holding her hand) its k di……….!!!
Manvi opened her eyes and saw her little sis who was not at all angry instead she was giving her assurance of being with her always. Manvi suddenly pulled her in hug letting the tears roll down from eyes….
Manvi:- angel … this all pregnancy thing…. I m very scared!!!!!
Ayesha pulled her from hug and wiped her tears….
Ayesha: - di…. don't worry. I would be always with u…
Now please smile……
Manvi: - (keeping her hand on cheek) thanks angel…..
Manvi left a sigh of relief to see her sister being so supportive and she didn't even ask her whose baby she is carrying……
Ayesha:- di…. (Getting serious) who is the father of ur baby????
Manvi face suddenly turned pale hearing the question. She removed her hand from her cheek and got up facing her back towards Ayesha…..
Manvi: - (thinking) u spoke too soon manvi….!!!!
Ayesha: - di….. Please tell me…. (Pleading)
Manvi: - Ayesha…. Please don't ever ask this question again. I never want to think about it….. Please!!! (In stern voice)
Ayesha:- why di??? Why can't u tell his name??....(thinking a bit)Wait… Is that Charles….!!!!
Manvi:- (suddenly) NO……
Ayesha:- what!!! Then who is it di???... For god sake…. Tell me….
Ayesha turned manvi around holding her shoulder to face her. Ayesha was shocked to see her eyes blood shot red and tears were falling out from it……
Ayesha:- no Ayesha….. Don't force me please……..
Ayesha:- k… fine…. But u have to tell about ur pregnancy to Virat ……
Manvi:- look Ayesha…. His work period is going to end soon and I don't want him to know anything about it…. so just let him go……
Ayesha:- why di???
Manvi:- because I m telling u to do so…… now no more discussion on this…. Go to bed …..
Ayesha:- but di….
Manvi: - (cutting her sentence) good night angel….
Manvi walked out of her room without listening Ayesha…..
Manvi:- (thinking) sorry angel… I cant tell u his name ……
Ayesha:- (thinking) di….. I m not going to sit quite and see ur life getting spoiled….. I will get the truth out of u at any cost…….and I will kill that son of bi**h who did this to u……
