Take your time NB. It's scary to think of your situation. I would feel handicapped! Also as the kid grows you need more energy as they start to move around. Wish you all the best!!

Managing a small child all by ur self is rather taxing and time consuming...I understand that very well, having myself gone thru that stage 3 times already...plz take ur time and enjoy ur baby...u will remember these as fond memories, once ur child comes to the stage of the terrible twos...this would look like a walk in the park..;)
