Part 22:

Khushi: badi maa, I need to go to the office, lots of work is pending.

Muskaan: ya go dear, I know that your boss is a monster, you already have told me. And what do you call him?? I really forgot.

Now Khushi was praying to her devi maiyya that badi ma should not tell everything just in front the person for whom she use to tell all bad things. She is so tensed. She starts bitting her nails.

Muskaan: ya I remember, (looking at Arnav and nani) she calls her laad governor and also vampire, monster. Right Khushi?

Now this was unbelieveable by her. She just looked at Arnav who was fuming in anger. He has clutched his fist. But this not it, Muskaan has to say even more about her boss.

Muskaan: Khushi, but you don't have to get scared of him anymore, Chote will handle him nicely so that he will not make you suffer.

Khushi was now even more tensed. She was making a pleading expression as if asking badi to stop, but this is not the stoppage.

Muskaan(to Arnav): you know Chote, that man behaves really bad with his employees. Even at the very first day he made khushi to do lots of work, and she was at home around 10 in the night. My angel was so scared that day.

This made Arnav remember the day his mom was talking about. How he ran to office to see if Khushi is ok, and how he scolded her and dropped her home. He was made out of his thoughts by her mom. But no doubt if he was hearing all this other than his mom then it will be the last day of that person's life.

Muskaan(to khushi): but Khushi, I cant understand him as on one hand he is so rude and arrogant and on other side he was the only one who helped you at the hospital. He is so confusing. Whatever, you suffered a lot because of him. But you don't worry Chote will teach him a good lesson. Chote! Will you do that for me?

Now this time Khushi really felt that if she could disappear from this place, but she knows in the real world this is not possible and she has to face the storm that will come after some time. But she still thought of handling the situation before it went more worst for her.

Khushi: no no badi, now he is good, helping me in various things,he…..(thinking because at this time she is getting short of words)……

" hey devi maiyya, iss laad gaovernor ke liye kuch bhi ache words bhi nahi aa rahe hai, rakhsha karna", khushi thought.

Muskaan: please beta, I know how much you get troubled by him, you got sleepless nights. You also told me that he is having a girlfriends whom he was ki….(cut by khushi)

Khushi: badi ma leave it na. I am getting late to the office but seriously I am ok. Trust me. I can handle any thing.

But she remembered the scene of Arnav kissing that model. Something again pricked her heart for which she don't know why?

Khushi got up and she just took a step to go but stopped by Muskaan.

Muskaan: wait dear, you are already late, so chote will drop you. Chote can you?? I know you are busy but.

" no, this cant be happening. Please badi ma, don't do this to me. you are saying this as if you don't love me and don't want to see me alive", khushi thought to herself.

But to her surprise Arnav gave a smile to his mom.

Arnav: sure mom, anything for you. Well mom I have some important work at the office, so I might get back in 3 to 4 hours. (looking at Khushi, now clunching his jaws) chale Khushi??

Now she was very scared as she knew that Arnav is not going to spare her at any cost. She nervously bit bye to everyone and moved straight to Arnav's car outside.

Anjali couldn't take this anymore because she her brother will not spare that innocent Khushi. But still she is happy as she thought that they would get some private time to confront each other and this might help these two birds become love birds. Thinking all this she started smiling, which didn't get unnoticed by Muskaan.

Muskaan: anjali, why are you smiling and that to for nothing?

Anjali: no mom I am smiling for something big. I want to tell you something. About chote and Khushi.

Muskaan: what Chote and Khushi?

Anjali: you know you have done blander. Our Chote is Khushi's boss. And you told all what khushi says in front of him.

Muskaan(shocked): what!! How can Chote be her boss? How can he be that bad?

Anjali: yes mom. He is only that monster that Khushi might have told you about..

Muskaan: oh my god! What I have done? Chote might be very angry now. I know his anger. And wait what if he again trouble Khushi?

Anjali: no no. he will not trouble her as before. Because I know something is cooking between our Chote and Khushi. I have seen this in his eyes.

Muskaan: means?

Anjali: means that I saw him caring her. When You and Garima aunty has gone for satsang and Payal and Akash were in the gupta house, the weather was rainy then our Chote took care of khushi or I would say it more clearly that they were in our guest house all night.

Muskaan(very much surprised): what? Our chote and little angel?

Anjali: or suniye mom. When you were in the hospital, Chote met one of Khushi's friend Apoorv.

Muskaan: yes Apoorv, I know him, he is a very nice person. He and Khushi were in the college.

Anjali: yes, by knowing all this that Khushi is close to some guy, Chote fumed. I myself have seen the jealousy in his eyes.

Muskaan: now I understood. But what about khushi? Is she has the same towards Chote?

Anjali: I can't say much about her. She feels a bit uncomfortable when Chote is around. Actually uski bhi koi mistake nahi hai.

Muskaan: hmm you are right. I think hume dono ko or time dena chahiye.

Anjali: it will be of no use mom, as chote will never understand. He will be in his big fat ego.

Muskaan(she stood up confidently): fine. You don't worry now Anjali. I have a solution for them.

She gave a wink to Anjali and went to Nani's room.

IN THE CAR

Well there was pin drop silence in the car. Suddenly car stopped in between of nowhere. Khushi looked at Arnav and asked

Khushi: aapne gaadi yahan kyo roki?

Arnav(angry tone): why? Its my car, I can stop anywhere.

Khushi: but I have to reach office and you also said that you have important …(cut by arnav)

Arnav: you don't have to tell me what I have to do and what not.

He went out of the car and opened Khushi's door and dragged her out. Anybody can say that his temper was at heights. He pinned her to front of the car and came very close to her.

Arnav: what did you said to Mom about me that I am a monster, a vampire and laad governor?

" hey devi maiyya, know what can I do? He will eat me alive, please protect me from him", khushi pleaded devi maiyya. But devi maiyya was just smiling for her in the heaven.

Khushi(innocently): but wo to pahle kaha tha. I have changed my opinion (a bit angry) but I think now, I was wrong. You can never change.

Arnav(in anger): yes I will never change and well change wo hote hai who are not happy with them. And I am happy.

Khushi: why don't you be not happy, you have your family, mom and girlfriend?

Arnav: girlfriend! Oh I forgot that you told about Tanya to mom.

Khushi: what I have said wrong.

Arnav(in again anger): yes you are wrong. She is not my girlfriend dammit.

Khushi: but I saw you and her in the studio ki(cut by arnav).

Arnav: yes I was, but I thought I was with yo…( cut by khushi)

Khushi: I don't want to know what you thought. Now leave me or I would…(she starts struggling).

Arnav: you cant do anything. Well you call me a monster, vampire, right. You know what a vampire does? He gives hard bites and feed on others.

He said that and pulled khushi towards him and moved his head towards her neck. She pushed him away and raised her hand to slap him but he stopped her by holding her hand tightly. This raised his anger even more and he pulled her by holding her nape through her hair.

Arnav: you have no idea what you have done Khushi Kumari Gupta.

He moved his head towards her neck and bit her hard leaving a dark red mark on her neck. She streamed of pain. Tears started rolling her cheeks. Arnav saw that and left her. He became concerned about her. But she tried to push him away but failed. He weeped her tears with his fingers.

He opened the door for her but she refused him. He held her hand and made her sit in the car. After coming inside he took out the first aid box and took an anticeptic and applied it on her mark. She hissed in pain. Watching Khushi again sad, he for the first time felt bad for what he has done and especially to this girl. He said

Arnav(calmly): Tanya is not my Girlfriend.

He said this and accelerated his car towards khushi's home. They reached gupta house but all silently but khushi was very angry on Arnav. " What does he think of himself, laad governor kahin ka. If he was not badi ma's son then I would have shown him. But still he has to pay for this. I will tell badi ma all this. Wait but how can I say that he has given me this mark. What will I do now?", khushi thought.

After dropping her he moved straight to RM to spend time with his Mom.
