I started reading, going like a bike hurtling down a vertical cliff, so eager I was to know what exactly was it Dhruv said, and then all of a sudden I would be brought to an abrupt halt, grabbed right by the throat, by a love and pain of such strength that it is almost tangible. The point where Khushi, overwhelmed by her love and unable to bear the pain she could sense in Arnav, runs to him to be enveloped in his embrace, and how they both finding such peace in it left me practically with a pain in the whereabouts of the heart, so absolutely beautiful a moment it was, of the pure, selfless love binding them.
Your talent is awe-inspiring.
The depth of hurt Arnav felt and still feels at his brother's words, clearly stated just how strong a hold Dhruv had on his heart, for only someone who can reach that deep inside you can cause that depth of pain. If ones eyes well up at this point, it makes one want to weep at how acutely Khushi felt his pain echo inside her.

I hope you somehow redeem Dhruv, for it is clear he loves Arnav right back, and I feel that he has the same strength and goodness in his character that was instilled, whether known or unknown to both, by Arnav himself.
