di thanks for the PM. nice update hope khushi will forgive him. and who is sending gifts. first i thought its lavanya or NK but this update cleared that its not lav or nk because it was told that khushi always wanted guitar as birthday gift in childhood so how nk and la will come to know that. hmm hope u will reveal it in further updates.
