When I think of of this whole thing in a mothers perspective I get it, the fear and the hatred Kushi felt is understandable, no mother could bear the thought of having their child taken away from them and for Anjali to suggest that and Arnav to agree with it, even to appease his sister was wrong and disgusting but then when I think of it through a wife's point of view who loved and worshipped her husband I find Anjali's reaction understandable as well, is it justified? no, but that women has lived with and loved that snake of a man for years, has believed every word like it's the word of god and now to find out that it was all a lie? of course it would be a shock to the system and any women would react like that, it's a common thing actually, a women finds it lot more easier to blame someone else for their husbands misgivings than the husband themselves, they want to live in denial because it's easier.
However here Anjali did repent for it, at the end she apologised, she tried to right the wrong and in that case Kushi shouldn't have acted the way she did - don't take it the offensive way but Kushi acted a bit OTT here, knowing Kushi's character she would have forgiven Anjali and not described her as evil and a witch, that was horrible of her and plus if she can forgive Arnav for agreeing to giving her child away why couldn't she forgive Anjali? Both is just as bad as each other.
