I am speechless! I loved the chapter that much!
The effort you've taken in detailing each and every one of Khushi and Payal's emotions is commendable!Payal in the story is the sister.Khushi's beloved jiji we got to witness in the initial episodes of the show.She is maternal,intuitive, sacrificing, patient, quiet and absolutely adores her baby sister. The love she has for Khushi, the concern and how naturally she wants to be there for her little sister,to listen to her woes, to console,to reassure and to soothe her is heartening.The way she admonished Khushi when khushi confessed that she was selfish was very touching.
But what i loved most was Khush, teasing and in her element. The mischief, the carefree nature,the mirth ...so essentially Khushi! This was why i fell in love with the character.
Her recollections of her writings in the diary were depressing but i am very sure that she won't be to keep up this resolve. Not that she doesn't have that control but ...plan chahe jitna bhi perfect ho par Arnav Singh Raizada ke saamne kuch nahi chaltha! 😆
Poor Akash Bhai aur Saali naam ke shaitano dono tang kar rahe hai! 😃
Towards the end of the update i was disappointed that no Arnav in this update.But when i read the word "drawl" i had "dhak dhak " 😳
This is just for the special appearance of Arnav which made me unbelievably happy! ❤️

why do i have this feeling that the two hands belong to NK? 😆

Ok is it weird that I don't want Khushi to go to Shantivan either? I want Arnav to suffer a bit more! I dunno I love a suffering Arnav. This chapter was adorable..why? Because of the way you described Payal's and Khushi's relationship...It was so sweet. Sisters should be like that! Thank you for the PM :) I can't wait to read more!

the delineation of payal's bond with khushi was beautifully moving... lovely to see how instinctively she caught on to the fact that all wasn't well with khushi and that she was only making excuses not to go to shantivan...Guilt gave her another smart lash across the heart... loved the words and expressions used to project this powerful image! the inner turmoil khushi is facing because of her conflicted emotions for arnav, yearning to be with him and fear of giving in to that hope only to be hurt as before, all aggravated because she can't share her feelings with her sister have been aptly portrayed... 'I'm so tired, Jiji. I just want to be able to - rest.' khushi seems to be begging for respite from the constant battle going on between her logical mind and loving heart

it was heart-warming to see her trying to allay payal's suspicions with half-truths and then the gentle teasing of both payal and akash... at least for a while she forgot the torment and hurt in her heart... of course, arnav's unexpected arrival brought her back to square one!

the snippet was just awesome -- a besotted arnav lost in daydreams of khushi only to be interrupted by nk's boisterous entry... can't wait to see what his reaction will be on realising that khushi won't be accompanying them to shantivan!

I used to love Payal's sweet, supportive character at the beginning of the show and nearly always end up trying to redeem her in my stories because of how bland her character became afterwards...so very happy you enjoyed that :D

Yup, Khushi is troubled right now, caught between her feelings for Arnav and her fear of getting hurt...but don't feel too badly - she's a strong girl and she'll take strong decisions which will help her get through it all :) And besides, there's a Mr. Raizada at the door who'll be desperate to make her happy again sooner or later :P

And also thank you for liking Payal!! I've loved Khushi-Payal's bond and I think Payal had a lot of potential in the show to make life easier for Khushi in the show...so I'm trying to stick true to the first impression I got of her at the beginning of the show :) Happy you liked it, and thank you for reading :)

Thank you!!! I'm so glad you found the depiction of Payal-Khushi's relationship apt - I had trouble figuring out how to portray it because it's a serious bond with a lot of depth, so it's very reassuring that you liked it :) Esp since this relationship/understanding is going to have a significant part in the upcoming plotline ...

Lol, and yup if the girl won't go to the rakshaas the rakshaas will come to the girl :P

To be honest when I was writing this I was thinking about my own sister and how I won't be seeing her for a couple of months because of uni...I'm happy that this chapter moved you enough to remember your own sister :) :) I'm honoured that you enjoyed these chapters and the way Khushi's thoughts were penned down...hopefully you'll continue to enjoy it in the future as well :) :)
