The wedding day

Khushi was busy getting ready in front of the mirror when preeto called up

K: kya hai preeto

Pr: where are you khushi everyone is here the bride is waiting for you

K: coming ya. We are all leaving now...ok preeto see you there i goto get ready...

Pr: ok make it fast

K: tell amma that!

Khushi was wearing a red and blue salwar kameez, she had put on matching bangles and jewellery and wore high heeled sandles that went perfectly with her outfit but she did not put make up( she did not like to do make up).

Finally they reached the buaji's house...

Khushi ran straight to the brides room and helped her get ready. She had not seen arnav at all...

She finally came down and found anjali and they started their usual chatter.

The wedding ceremony began and khushi and anjali were busy in their own world...

Meanwhile arnav was restless because he had not seen khushi all this while...

The ceremony finished and it was time to serve lunch.

Khushi immediately volunteered to help and she started serving lunch...khushi was running up and down with dishes and plates in her hands busy serving people.

She was quite uncomfortable as she couldn't move fast in heels especially on the staircase.

She was holding a bowl full of gravy and walking down when she suddenly saw someone coming up and it was none other than arnav...

He looked up at her and smiled and she was taken aback as she din't expect him to turn up there...that too near the back door where no one came...

She then smiled back

A: hi

K: what are you doing here? I mean only ladies are here on the top floor...

A: so what

K: huh

A: first tell me where were you all this while

K: obviously here only why?

A: because i thought you had disappeared into thin air

K: very funny! You came up to look for me?

A: of course...NOT...i came to ask my sister for my bag..i need to change

K: oh ok...arnav can you please move i have to take the food down

A: need any help

K: no i'll manage

A: first try to walk properly in those shoes...then try to manage

K: whatever just move...

She walked passed and was about to trip

A: see i told you just take them off

K: actually i think your right!

He just raised one eyebrow at her..

K: uh whatever just move arnav...

A: what if i don't

K: please someone will see us...

A: ok fine go but it won't be for long

Khushi blushed like crazy and walked past arnav...she went back up after giving the bowl to the cook.

She smiled and took off her sandals and went back to work...

Arnav still stood near the staircase waiting for her...

k: what happened to you?

A: did i tell you your looking very nice

K: blushed red...thank you...now please go...

A: ok bye

K: bye

She continued with her work and finally she realised that her sandals were missing she searched everywhere...

And then for no reason she thought what if arnav had hidden it...she literally got the whole roof down and had made up her mind that if she doesn't find it she would kill arnav...but anjali found them for her...and she felt guilty..

Just then her amma called her because they were going back home and would direcly go for the reception in the evening ...

Khushi left without wishing arnav...

The reception

Khushi wore a rust lehenga...and she was looking very beautiful she had put on very light make up.

She walked in and arnav noticed her, he stopped in his tracks...

OMG! Why does she have to look so nice...he thought

Just then the chairs were falling short and some guests were sanding and khushi was asked to arrange some chairs...

She obviously could not do it in that outfit and was looking for some help just then she spotted arnav

Damn it why on earth is he so handsome????

He was wearing a black suit and had spiked his hair...

She walked straight upto him and arnav was shocked that she is doing this in public...

K: hi arnav can you please put some chairs over there

A: sure khushi

K: thanx

A: any time

Arnav's dad came and asked him what khushi was telling him...he just said that she had asked him to arrange chairs.

After arranging the chairs he came to her

A: done

K: thanx alot

A: no problem khushi

k: by the way arnav your looking very nice...

he actually blushed and smiled back

just then khushi realised it was friendship day!

The best opportunity to take things ahead...

She rushed back home as her father was going there to get something...

She quickly took two friendship bands and returned.

She went straight to anjali and tied one on her hand.

Anj: thank you so much khushi ur such a sweet heart you don't know how much this means to me

Khushi just smiled and hugged anjali

K: where is arnav?

Anj: why?

K: i wanted to give him a band too since he only loves to fight with me...maybe this would make him change

Anj: you two na!

She then spotted arnav and ran towards him and gave him the band he just pulled it from her hand and kept it in the pocket and then

A: what?

K: happy friendship day arnav

A: hmmm

K: hello i said something...least you can say is a thank you

A: whatever and he walked off

Just then payal saw them and came running to her...

P: khushi don't you have any sense

K: why

P: you are standing in front of everyone ad talking like this...if buaji sees then?

K: sorry jiji

Arnav was leaving at that time and khushi just winked and went away inside...

A: gosh she is so unpredictable! One time she ignores, then shel be angry and suddenly all sugar and honey...weirdo! but shez cute

K: stupid laad governor hez so arrogant! He din't even look at me when i was trying to make friends...stupid idiot but he looked so cute! Damn him!
