Part 37

"Daddy , why do you kiss Mommy on the lips and me and Ansh on the cheeks ?" 7 year old Riya asked Rey as he was tucking her in the bed ..

He rolled his eyes and his forehead were full of lines of frustration .. How he hated this "Why" stage of his kids .. why do they have to ask about each and everything .. why can't they simply understand everything by themselves ..

How does Kria handle them .. he had been looking after them from the past 1 month as she was busy with her highly important and major risk project in her office .. she hardly had time to even breathe .. she worked 10 hours in office and then continued from home till the wee hours '

The least he could do for her was to look after the kids for her and make her tension free from this end..

But , definitely he would be having a stress attack handling his ever naughty , over-active , over-inquisitive and all the time loquacious kids .. Most of them had 1 to handle and he had to battle it out against the deadly duo ..

Attacking with the only weapon he had .. when you are not sure what to answer .. just confuse the other person .. "Riya .. what kind of a question is this .. it doesn't make any sense at all .. "

"Daddy .. please .. none of our questions make sense to you .. " Now Ansh joined in to support his sister ..

"There is no answer to this question .. so its irrelevant .. ok tell me which story would you like me to read to you .. " he tried to divert the attention of the kids .. But as usual failed to do so '

"Daddy .. you never seem to have answers to our questions .. "Riya wailed ..

"Yes .. Mommy always replies to us so nicely when we ask her anything .. " Ansh added ..

"Ok .. so Mommy knows everything and I don't .. that's what you want to say .. you both are always on her side .. no one loves me .. " Rey faked anger .. and then made a droopy face with both his palms on his cheeks and looked down ..

"Daddy .. we love you " both the kids jumped out of their beds and ran and hugged him .. and they gave him kisses on his cheeks ..

Satisfied that he has won this questions battle .. he thought of something ..

"You know .. what we will do is .. all your questions ..you just tell me .. we will write it down somewhere and then when Mommy is free from her office work .. we will ask her .. and in the mean while I will play with you .. " he looked at them hopefully ..

Both the kids nodded ..

Just to make his kids feel that he is more important than Mommy he added .. "Mommy just knows to talk and so she gives you answers .. But .. Daddy .. I am gonna teach you so many things .. I am gonna take you to the beach .. fishing .. will sail on a boat .. we will go on camps .. how to light a camp fire .. how to build a tree house .. we will play in the garden .. see movies .. lots and lots of adventure .. Mommy can't do all this .. "

Both the kids clapped and again hugged him tight ..

His sigh of relief was there only for a second when he heard the familiar stern voice from the door .."Excuse me .. what all Mommy can't do ?"

All 3 turned to face their Mommy .. standing with her hands on her hips and her face flushed with anger and eyes blatantly piercing thru them ..

Even though she was his wife .. but Rey felt as if he was staring at his Mom ..

"N.. No ..o .. nothing .. Mommy can do everything .. " he stammered .. just checked if the kids were not looking at him .. and then caught his ears and mouthed a sorry to her ..

She nodded and entered the room .. "So why aren't you both in bed by now ?" she asked strictly ..

"We were waiting for your goodnight kiss .. Mommy " both of them said ..

"Aww .. my babies .. " she came and gently picked first Riya and put her on her bed .. then picked Ansh and then put him on his bed next to Riya and then kissed both of them first on their forehead and then their cheeks ..

"Goodnight my little guy"

"Goodnight my sweetpea .. "

Riya suddenly remembered her question .. she held her hand and asked "Why does Daddy kiss you on your lips and us on cheeks .. "

Kria looked at her a bit surprised and then raised her brow .. "Shouldn't you ask this question to Daddy dearest ?" and then she turned to Rey ..

"I asked .. but he didn't reply .. "

"Oh .. "

Rey simply shrugged his shoulders ..

"Sweetpea .. Daddy loves you both twice as much as he loves me .. " she turned and sat next to Riya and caressed her hair on her forehead .. "so he kisses on your 2 cheeks and me only on my lips .. you both are his precious pearls .." she smiled at Riya ..

Riya seemed to be satisfied with the answer and smiled whole heartedly at Kria ..

"Mommy .. " Ansh was not gonna be left behind ..

"Yes .. Honey .. "

"When will Nanny's giant donut come out from her tummy .. I want to eat it .. "

"What .. who told you that" Kria was shocked ..

Of course Ansh didn't have to answer .. Kria stared at Rey open mouthed and gave him a stern glare ..

Rey almost thought he should just scoot from this place .. he looked sheepishly at Kria with 'What can I do ' expression ..

She smiled at Ansh .. "No .. sweetheart .. Nanny's huge tummy has a baby inside .. I had told you that she would be on leave now for a few months .. its because she needs to take care of the baby .. like how we take care of you .. like how you take care of your cars .. Riya takes care of her dolls .. and yes .. we all will go and see when the baby comes out .. I am sure he will be really happy to get such sweet brother and sister to play with .. "

Rey ran his fingers thru his head .. how could he be so stupid .. Kria answers the kids so well .. not too much and not too less.. just how much they would grasp and understand at this stage ..

"Really .. he will play with us .. "

She nodded ..

She stood up .. "Reyaansh .. please read them their bed time story ' I still have got some work .. "

Who is gonna deny the command of the head of the house .. Rey quickly took out a story book for the kids..

As he entered their bedroom, he saw Kria lying on her stomach , supporting herself on her elbows , one palm on her cheek and the other on her laptop , her legs entwined with each other and above the bed in the air .. her hair loosely held on her head with a clip , a pen tucked behind her ear , a little swell of her curves peeping out of her 'v' neck top .. her eyes intently staring at the screen of her laptop ..

Something burned inside him instantly seeing her ..

"Are the kids asleep ?" still reading from her laptop ..

"Hmm" Rey came and laid down next to her on the bed ..

"Did you read to them .. "

"Yes.. "

"Good.. you are quick .. " she said with a bit of surprise in her voice ..

"Can't you take a break .. you have been working for so long .. " he asked hopefully ..

"Ya .. I was planning to wrap up .. .. " she started to close all the files on her laptop ..

That was all he needed from her ..

"I want to read you .." he shifted closer to her and whispered in her ears ..

She turned to face him with confusion written all over her face ..

He grinned .. "With my lips .. my darling yummy mommy" and then licked his lips ..

The moment her mouth opened to protest ..he gently pushed her on her back and covered her passionate mouth with his .. He was so eager for her that his hands and mouth all working in unison .. his mouth sucked her soft lips so that her protests were drowned within her throat in the form of her moans .. his tongue next traced the line of her lips and then he gave her a short bite on her lower lip to enter her gorgeous mouth .. his tongue flicking to and fro around her mouth ..teasing her .. exploring her taste and finally entwining with her tongue ..

His hands below had already started playing havoc with her trembling hot body .. his one hand had skilfully reached under her clothes and was exploring her soft lushness .. making her shiver as the slight pinches turning into firm squashes .. with the other hand he was trying to open her up and free her of any barriers which were obstructing his yearning ..

Kria had practically no time to think of what was coming her way .. she literally felt as if she was pounced upon by Rey .. For a few initial moments she tried to think what was the reason behind his eagerness and realised that it must have been the way she was lying down on the bed and that brought a smile on her lips which were already being held captive by the most alluring lips she had ever touched in her life ..

She loved their impromptu ' spur of the moment - sessions .. she called them the "quickie moments" .. because with 2 kids in the house making love leisurely and multiple times was totally out of question .. so they usually caught the other unprepared and it was so much more exciting ..

He still had the effect on her .. his touch and kiss were enough to make her ready and inviting for him ..

Not wasting any more time .. her own eagerness blended with her rising passion .. she let her hands roam all over him matching his vigour .. making him hiss and groan in her mouth .. and then soaring up to free him of the fierce craving which was nudging at her core .. her sighs and moans of pleasure churning out his name and his growl fighting for his release as they both reached their edge almost at the same time ..

Rey kissed Kria deeply as pleasure took them over and they lay finally in the same position exhausted but fulfilled '

As she snuggled closer into him .. He brought the sheet to cover them and helped her as she cocooned into his chest ..

He kissed her hair and smiled "Kria .. I am so happy .. We always get this right .. isn't it ?"

She looked up to meet his eyes .. and raised her brow ..

He looked down at their plastered bodies with his eyes ..

She understood .. and turned red ..

He chuckled seeing her reaction .. "We have always had this spark .. I know we did loose it for sometime in between .. but now we are back .. "

She remembered their life .. Rey had always been the enthusiastic and generous lover .. in bed as well as outside it .. he was vocal as against her ..

She couldn't help but smile .. "Yes .. and one more thing I have realised .. "

"What"

"We need to show as well as say how much we love and mean to each other .. "

"Hmm"

"I am so happy we are able to manage everything well .. " she said looking wistfully into his eyes .. thinking about him .. the kids and them ..

Seeing the love in her eyes .. his heart just melted for her .. the craving to hold her .. protect her started brewing up again ..

"Yes .. and I mean to make this work till my last breath .. but before that I need something .. "

She frowned ..

"A kiss" his lips curved into the most tempting smile Kria had seen .. Kria was about to lean into him ' when ..

"Daddy'" came Riya's voice from the other room '

She jerked and pulled herself back and looked startled at Rey ..

He obviously had the guilty look on his face which he was trying to hide .. he averted her eyes and started putting on his clothes ..

"Why is she calling you ?" asked a puzzled Kria ..

"Because ..she is waiting for me .."

"Huh "

"Well I told her that I have some urgent work with Mommy .. I will come back in half an hour" he winked at Kria who threw a pillow at him ..

He ducked and rushed to the door .. and then turned .." I am coming back for that Kiss .." and he quickly closed the door before more pillows were thrown on him .. leaving a smiling Kria behind the closed door '

6m later '

As Rey entered the party venue his eyes were searching for that just one person .. there standing in all her glory which she truly deserved was his wife surrounded by all the top management folks and professionals ..

This was her day .. yes .. everything she had dreamt of was finally falling in place for her ..

As the kids became 2 and were a bit independent .. she started with her 1 year masters course majoring in the subject of her core liking and interest .. animation ..

She applied and got a job in a top animation movie making production house .. this was something she had never expected even in her dreams .. she knew she would have to put more than the 24 hours she had in a day into her work .. with her perseverance and grit , she managed it unbelievably along with kids and home ' he couldn't imagine from where did she get all the strength and power to do what she did ..

Finally she was in charge of the team which were responsible for creation of one of the major animation movies which was highly innovative combined with cutting-edge technicalities .. For the past 1 year she and her team relentlessly worked around it .. And as the movie released and gained success with the masses as well as the critics .. for the sheer story line as well as the fabulous graphics .. all their hard work paid off ..

When the production house won the best animated movie award , this party was thrown for her and her team ..

He couldn't have been happier for her .. for her success .. for her achievements ..

With all the sacrifices she had made for him .. for the family .. for the kids .. She even reduced the differences between him and his Dad .. he himself knowing so well that it must have been so painful for her ..

She was one of a kind of an incredible woman, she was on her way closer to her dreams ..

He felt proud that she fell in love with him ..

As he chatted with her bosses , her colleagues and team .. he was happy but nevertheless a strong sense of jealousy was creeping thru his heart .. he couldn't help it .. maybe it was his male ego .. or the possessive feeling that she just belonged to him..

He knew he shouldn't feel that way .. she was his wife .. she deserved every bit of what she had achieved and of course she must enjoy that to the fullest ..

As she danced as formality with everyone , he couldn't ignore the myriad male heads that turned when she walked towards a group to talk or male eyes gaping when she gave her heart-warming smile or when her genuine laughter made them feel that they had cracked the best joke for her or her witty anecdotes making them prolong the unnecessary conversation with her and be close to her ..

"Why have you been staring at me the whole evening" she hissed a bit angrily when finally he got the opportunity to take her for a dance , he immediately grabbed her ..

"What " he was shocked ..

"Yes .. you have been gawking and behaving like a teenage ' possessive ' insecure guy .."

He couldn't help but smile at how his wife knows him so well .. " I am sorry .. I couldn't help but feel jealous of you " he sheepishly grinned at her ..

"Jealous ?" her eyes enlarging ..

"You attract so much male attention" he said twitching his nose .. but gripping her waist tightly to bring her more closer to him ..

"Really .. " she tilted her head a bit and mockingly said "I didn't even notice"

"Good .. I don't even want you to look at them " he said a bit sternly ..

Continuing with her teasing.. "Now that you told me .. I do see quite a many good looking men around me .. " She looked around "Hmm .. "

"Don't you dare .." he growled ..

She laughed burying her face in his chest .. melting him immediately as he moved his face over her soft silky hair .. She felt so happy .. she felt so good at his being so possessive about her even now .. even after so many years of their marriage ..

"I can't believe we are having this conversation .."

"Why.." he asked a bit confused ..

"We are not young any more .. we have 2 , 7 year old kids .. don't forget that .." she smiled lovingly at him ..

"So what .. that doesn't change the fact that you seem be growing more beautiful with each passing year .. "

She blushed ..

"No matter what age we reach .. for me ,you would be the most beautiful woman who has come and enriched and brightened my life .. "he kissed her forehead lovingly '

Kria and Rey here are my best couple .. so compatible .. just perfect for each other .. I just love them here a lot .. :-) .. sailing smoothly together in their life ahead ..

Well in the other stories too .. I love them .. he he .. but there is always so much tension between them ..
