I do not speak Tamil, but do understand bits and pieces as I speak Malayalam. But one of the other FFs I am writing has Tamil dialogues, although my poor readers there don't always get the translation with each chapter; typically one of them ends up posting the translation after the chapter is up. It's a game we play; you will know the reason if you read the FF :)

It said his meeting that morning was in Ernakulam; doesn't mean that that's where he is now.

And please avoid language such as "backward looking'; that was not the intention of the portrayal of a village anyways.

Just saw the pics of the house, I can spend my rest of life there...Its so beautiful...And they do share resemblance with traditional chettinad house here

Nalukettu is like my dream house. I am always telling my husband that I am going to build one in the old style one day :)

I just googled chettinad houses; yes, I see the resemblance, particularly the inner courtyards.
