Prologue:
2004 India:
Arnav Singh Raizada the most good looking guy in college... anybody would die to be with him but to him the 2 most important girls in his life was one.. his best friend Khushi Kumari Gupta... and second.. the love of his life.. Lavanya Kashyap... From the very first day since college started he became best friends with Khushi... Khushi was beautiful, and any guy would be privileged to have her as a girlfriend... Arnav also had a best friend named Sid... theyve been buddies since kindergarten! Sid was kind of a playboy but he had never dared to come close to Khushi as he knew Arnav would kill him if he did... Arnav also trusted Sid regarding this matter that no matter who Sid is with he would never mess around with Khushi... Khushi dated a few guys with Arnavs approval of course but she never seemed to be completely satisfied with any of her relationships.. when at one point she finally realised that it was because she had been in love with Arnav all along... When she thought of confessing to Arnav she found out that Arnav had asked Lavanya out and to him now she became a second priority... Arnav liked Lavanya for a while and now that he finally has her Khushi would never ruin his happiness... Lavanya being the bitch that she was somehow found out about Khushi's feelings for Arnav.. but she very well knew that Arnav was hers.. She kept on telling Arnav how Khushi had feelings for him but he never believed Lavanya.. he thought she was getting a bit too paranoid about Khushi... but she knew Khushi could never get him... Lavanya was not the best girl for arnav.. khushi knew it but there was nothing she could really do about it...
Last Day of College:
There was party held on the last night... they were all beautifully dressed... and Khushi was blushing with all the compliment that she was getting from everyone that night... Arnav came to her and complimented her as well to which she merely blushed and thanked him... That was it... after that arnav's concentration was back to Lavanya.. she was slightly hurt... but what could she do... Lavanya was his gf after all... She kept herself busy with her other friends and after a while she excused herself and got out of the party hall and started walking through the corridors trying to live every moment... when she heard some noise.. a girl... and she peeked to see what was going on when she found Lavanya making out with Sid and on the verge of doing something more! She couldnt just keep quiet now... she ran to tell the whole truth to arnav.. but lavanya and sid heard someone running so they stopped what they were doing.. Khushi went to Arnav and told him what he saw.. He simply refused to believe her and not just that.. he was yelling at Khushi for blaming his gf and best friend... and Lavanya and Sid came in Lavanya said to ASR that she did tell him before that Khushi had feeling for him... which is why she is trying to do all this... ASR asked Khushi if she really did feel that way about Arnav and khushi accepted... and lavanya managed to use it against her saying that she is blaming lavanya cuz she wants to be with ASR.. ASR is disgusted by Khushi's behaviour and simply leaves from there taking a smirking Lavanya along...
Khushi felt extremely helpless but there was nothing she could do now.. she also lost her best friend! Sid smirked and started advancing towards and then tried forching himself on Khushi as she was no longer ASR's friend... He had almost tried to rape her... tearing her clothes off her but someone hit Sid's head from the back due to which he fainted.. it was one of Khushi's classmates called Sanjay... Khushi thanked him with all her might but made him promise that he would never tell anyone about this incident... with that she left the place... and no one from their class ever saw her again.. including Arnav...
In 2006 India:
Arnav a few months ago had himself caught Lavanya and Sid together and he had no words to express the betrayal that he felt... he couldnt believe that they could do this to him... but after he found out.. the first thought that came into his mind was apologising to Khushi.. he didnt know where she was but he had to find her.. and bring her back to his life... thank her for what she did... There was a college Reunion the next day.. he was expecting to meet her there after two long years... but all went in vein.. she wasnt there.. everyone else was.. including Lavanya and Sid... they disgusted him.. but he enjoyed the the party but missed Khushi's presence all along... how he wished he could hug her once and tell her how sorry he was... While he was lost in his thoughts... Sanjay (the guy who saved Khushi) came to him and started talking to him when he started asking Arnav How khushi was as the whole college knew they were best friends... and then he started saying how lucky she was to get Arnav's support after what happened that night... Arnav was totally confused... what was he talking about... and then Sanjay told him how Sid had tried to rape Khushi that night... Arnav literally fell to the ground... he didnt know what to do or say at that point of time.. but the first thing he did was get up and beat up Sid as much as he could... He was already in search of Khushi.. and now he felt like he had to see her to beg her for her forgiveness... and if she wasnt willing to forgive him.. he would serve punishment for her for the rest of his life till his last breath...
