this was the story na you were talking about a couple of days back? honestly nobody has f**king business to send you hate messages and stuff, its YOUR story and you have every right to put it up on the blog, and the "silent" readers can cry for all u care.. not ur problem! or YOU just send them a hate message.. hmph. and no no, i'm not just finding a reason to yell, 😛 i haven't read the story as yet but i'll start reading this soon after i can use the computer again(stupid eyes). so yes! pls continue the story cus you're a marvelous writer, and people who love your work and comment reallly want to know wat happens.

Sorry about the late response to your note. It's been one of those weeks. So, about continuing Finally!, please do. I think your die hard fans would welcome and appreciate every word posted. Now as for where to post it, I think that should be entirely up to you. Where you are most comfortable and feel the least amount of stress (since the story was meant to be a stress buster) should be the final home for your story. With that in mind, I see nothing wrong with posting the rest of the chapters away from IF. Inked just moved ALN (but that was due to plagiarism) and a lot of other well known FF writers give teasers on IF (like a few chapters) then move on to their own blogs. So if you decide to do something like that, no one should be getting mad at you since it's not a new concept. I think you deserve to have people read your stuff that appreciate it. It takes like 5 minutes to write out a comment. Not even if you just post a "great update". So the people who are silent readers are seriously kidding themselves by calling YOU selfish. Like really? You could have easily made a manuscript and "published" via Kindle or Nook (a lot of 1st time authors are doing that nowadays) and charged for each download. But instead you decided to post in a public forum so that people can free access to your LABOR! And that's what it is since you put in the time and energy to create it as a product. Silent readers make me mad. I don't always have time to comment but if I miss an update, I at least 'like' it and apologize (or summarize the comments for the updates I missed) at the time of commenting on the newest update. If people really want to read free ebooks/stories/whatever, they should just go to their local public library and leave the authors who post online alone.
