Wow this is a beautiful realization for Arnav.. The way he was so restless thinking he had hurt Khusi though she never complained the same, the way he was breathless seeing Khusi unconsciously on the floor, the way he took care of her so gently and stayed back with her , the way she's trying to hold him though out , I hope he will be able to realize what she meant to him and acknowledge the feelings started in his heart.
I know what worse a migraine can be.. Hope Khusi will be better soon..
