Khushi woke up with the worst headache. She searched for some respite cuddling in closer to his chest. She could feel his hands wrapped around her waist; she drank in his masculine cologne scent.

She was forced to open her eyes due to the sunlight peeking in from the window. She opened her eyes and looked at the most gorgeous face she had ever seen. He slept like a Greek god she brought her hand to his face and cupped his cheeks; she lay there for a while.

Suddenly Arnav began to wake up, turning around in his bed.

Khushi quickly moved back and got off from the bed as soon as Arnav opened his eyes.

Khushi stood in shock looking at herself. The shirt she wore hung slightly above her knees revealing her beautiful white legs, as well as one of her shoulder. She tried to bend down to cover herself and Arnav looked at her with a smile. He got up and spoke,

"How are you feeling now?"

Before she could answer him she ran towards the bathroom covering her mouth. Arnav ran behind her and held her hair behind as she emptied her mouth.

"Are you ok? Is this normal? I mean'"

She nodded her and head

Moving away from the sink and asked him to leave the bathroom. Arnav complied.

Khushi came out of the bathroom and Arnav was nowhere in sight. She came out and dressed up and was about to head downstairs, when the door opened and Arnav dressed in a black three piece with white shirt walked in with a tray in his hand. He came forward and placed it on the bed. He went up to khushi and grabbed her hand and sat her on the bed. She looked at him in surprise Arnav handed her the bowl of cereal and she shoved it away with her hand.

"I am not hungry!" Arnav was in no mood to listen he took a spoonful and held it to her mouth; she couldn't refuse and opened her mouth. Once all finished Arnav gave her a glass of water and got up to bring her medicines that the doctor had prescribed.

Khushi was about to get up from the bed that she felt his hand on her shoulder,

"Wait", he knelt on his knees and took of her shoe and examined her foot, she protested but was no match for his strong grip.

She had removed the bandage so Arnav brought the first Aid kit once again to dress her wound. Khushi sat with tears in her eyes wondering why he was being so kind once again, was it because he did not want Anjali Di to find out about any of this. She looked around to see if someone was watching them.

"Why are you doing this?"

"I am trying to heal a wound I gave you!" he said with his head still bent down

Once all done Khushi got up from the bed and headed downstairs.

She was greeted by Anjali, Nani and Mami. Arnav walked close behind and spoke.

"Di Khushi is going to the office with me; I think it's better if she stays occupied."

Anjali was surprised, "Chote don't you think she needs to rest."

Khushi interrupted, "No Di its OK! I think it's better if I go to the office."

Mami Ji giggles and spoke, "Hello Hi bye bye! let these two guturgo love birds be together."

Arnav and khushi walked outside. Arnav opened the car door and waited for Khushi. However she walked right by him!

Khushi??? Where are you going?

"Look Mr.Arnav Singh Raizada it's not an employer's responsibility to drive his employees to work. I will meet you at office Sir."

Arnav's blood began to boil. He leapt forward and grabbed her shoulder and turned her around."

"Well Khushi it might not be a Boss's responsibility but it is a husband's."

She shook off his hand and flinched back and spat

"Well Mr.Raizada I am going to say this one last time you are not my husband. You are only the father to my child. Nothing more."

His eyes were moist but he controlled himself.

He grabbed her hand and pulled her towards the car but she shook his hand off, and screamed"

"LET GO OF ME!!!!"

Arnav was alarmed not by her tone but her expression she looked like she was going to faint. Arnav ran forward and held her. Once she regained her balance Arnav thought it best not to argue with her.

"So how do you plan on going to work?

She began to walk without answering she stood at the door waiting for an auto. Arnav was shocked

"Are you serious, why the hell do I have five different cars standing in my garage if my pregnant wife has to travel by an auto?"

Khushi looked at him with surprise. He stood next to her and called the driver to bring and umbrella. He stood next to her holding it above her head. He received a phone call an got busy on the phone as khushi continuously stared at him. An auto finally passed by and khushi held her hand out. She got in and her eyes began to widen as Arnav followed behind.

Khushi tried best to control her excitement and laughter. Arnav managed to sit inside and was baffled by how small the space was.

He advised his driver to bring the car and his bag to the office. The auto driver started the engine.

Arnav sweat like anything as they were soon caught in traffic.

Arnav asked the auto driver don't you have AC or fan in this auto.

Khushi tried her best to control her laughter but the auto driver burst out laughing.

They finally reached the office and Arnav who looked exhuasted took out a 1000 rupee note and handed it to the auto driver. The driver laughed back and said

"Sir its only 100 rupees and I don't have change."

Keep the change he said

Khushi smiled and took out a 100 rupee note and handed it to the driver, and started toward the entrance.

He saw her smile; it was after such a long time, oh! He would die a million deaths just to see her smile like that every day. He knew he was going to have a wonderful day. Arnav also handed the 1000 rupee to the driver and told him to keep it as tip and began to walk towards his office.

Precap: Khushi smiling walked up the stairs to his cabin. With butterflies in her stomach she opened the door and felt her head spinning as she saw Natasha in Arnav's embrace. 💔😈
