u r right about law for marital rape under indian law ther r still many debate and if the wife is below 15 thr r harsher punishments if 16 then some mild but if the wife has attained the age of 17 the husband is not legally bound as it is considered the right of evry man and woman should fulfil it and if she doesnt then thats unlawful😆...the laws in india are still not strong... in india about 14% of indian woman suffer frm marital rape but they dnt evn knw that thr could b marital rape too.
