But, since you mentioned something about fabric engineers, I got this weird idea. You should have made Khushi one of those engineers - who works with chemicals and scissors and big equipments. Then when time comes, she could give Arnav the shock of his life by blasting a silent bomb on the AR that rips apart any type of fabric. 😉 AR would be in big debt. KKG would be sad. ASR would be repenting his deeds. I would be laughing. ⭐️

Arnav had been watching Khushi all night like a hawk. His eyes seemed to have a will of their own, they would not move off of her. His drunken stupor had started to wear off and with it came the awareness of what he had just done. How could he behave like that with her? After everything he had done so far, he wanted to add to his list of wrongs. He had to apologize to her right now.

He saw her leave the party, so he followed her to her. He was about to enter the elevator with her but the elevator had already shut. So he took the stairs. He was out of breath by the time he caught up to her when she left the elevator on the fourth floor. She walked out the elevator and towards room 402. Arnav realized with shock that she was living in the room right in front of his. She entered her card key in the lock and entered her room. She was about to shut the door when he put his foot in between. He placed his hands on the door and pushed.

Khushi had been about to shut the door when she couldn't for some reason. She saw a foot in between the door and they pushed on the door. Stark fear flooded through Khushi for a single moment until she saw Arnav standing in her doorway. She had thought it was some murdered or rapist. She breathed a sigh of relief. Then that was replaced with anger. Who the hell did he think he was to enter her room like this.

"What the hell are you doing here Mr. Raizada. I believe I had said everything I wanted to say."

"Yes but I haven't said what I really wanted to tell you before," he gave her an apologetic look. "I am sorry Khushi for behaving like that before'I usually never drink but I did today and lost control of my temper. I am sorry Khushi," he said. Khushi huffed and said "what does it matter Mr. Raizada. You have said so many awful things to me in the past that what you did today doesn't really matter."

"I am not done Khushi. There is more. I am'.sorry for everything. I can't look at myself in the mirror because of the guilt. I hate myself for what I did to you. And I don't expect you to forgive me but I am asking anyways because I need you to know how I feel."

Khushi looked at him surprised. He knew the truth. How did he find out though? Who told him? Amma, babuji? Khushi erased the shock from her face, composed herself and said "Mr. Raizada it doesn't matter. What happened was in the past. I don't hold any grudge against you, but just do me a favor and leave me alone from now on. We will maintain a professional relationship for the time being because I have no other option."

"Khushi please," Arnav looked for any sign of softness in her but he didn't see any. "Mr. Raizada you want forgiveness right then fine I forgive you," she said in a stern voice. But he didn't just want her forgiveness, he wanted so much more. He knew he didn't deserve her, but still he couldn't help but want her'forever. Her coldness struck him; she had never been like this before. She had always been so happy and warm. And the guilt resurfaced again. He had done this to her. He was the reason why she was so aloof. It was all his fault.

"Mr. Raizada I think you should leave now. You have said everything you wanted," she said.

"No Khushi I haven't said everything I wanted, but it will have to do for tonight. Bye Khushi," he said.

He left her room and entered his. How he wished he could go back in time and change everything. They could have spent the last three years happily together, but because of his lack of trust everything had been destroyed. He promised himself then and there that he would win her heart back, that he would melt her icy heart.
