Chapter-37

Next day Mayank comes to lab and sees Nupur stands at the desk turning other side, he comes and hugs her from back with a cute smile. Nupur turns and hugs him immediately as if she is seeing Mayank after many days. Mayank "wow, I went just one day and I am getting such a warm welcome" Mayank feels some difference in the way Nupur hugged him. Mayank tone becomes serious "what happened Nupur?" Nupur "my parents came to know that I am with some guy on that day but they donot know anything. Dad said he believes me and asked me not to do anything that we need to regret later" Mayank can clearly see the pain in her eyes "Nupur are you regretting that you came with-" Nupur places her palm on Mayank's mouth saying "never say that, it is one of the beautiful day of my life" Mayank kisses on her palm taking it into his hand "that is the best day of my life and waiting for you to fill my whole life with such days"

Nupur "Gunjan is right even I cannot bare if papa misunderstands you. As everyone knows you are engaged to Natasha, I couldnot tell them about you" Mayank takes her hand and asks her "let's go to your house and will talk with your parents." Nupur "but what if papa-" Mayank "he will understand, Nupur. Let's try" Nupur nods her head, Samrat enter the lab and stops seeing Nupur and Mayank coming out hand in hand. Samrat adjusts his specs "Nupur and Mayank sir" Mayank gives a smile to Samrat turns towards Nupur "so let's start with him" Nupur smiles and goes near to Samrat and says "Samrat, I I want to introduce you to my boyfriend" Mayank almost laughed hearing boyfriend word from Nupur. She glares at Mayank for making fun of her. Mayank keeps a serious face controlling his laugh. Nupur goes back to Mayank and puts her hand on his elbow and says "Mayank Sharma, my boyfriend" Samrat stands with an open mouth, where they hear a loud sound. Nupur and Mayank sees Gunjan standing at the back of Samrat, files in her hand are fallen on the ground. Mayank and Nupur shout "Gunjan" as she is about to faint, Samrat turns and catches her. Makes her sit on the chair and gives her water to drink. Gunjan and Samrat turns towards Mayank still in shock. Nupur gives an uncomfortable smile to both and says "by god why you both are so shocked" Mayank thinks 'god if this is the situation of these two then what will happen in Nupur's house if they know about us' Samrat stammers "N-Nupur, Mayank sir" suddnely comes to panic mode "how, why when?"

Mayank closes his eyes 'typical Samrat' Nupur becomes serious goes near Samrat "I donot know when and how but we love each other and we are going to inform our parents today. Samrat will you support me"
Samrat gives her a smile "ofcourse Nupur, ya be poochna ki baat hain, I will always support you. But-" turns towards Mayank. Mayank starts "I know you might be thinking about Natasha and my engagement" Samrat gives an embarrassment smile, Mayank continues "I have broken the engagement when I returned from London but due to some reason official announcement is not given, I think I will do that in few days as well"
Samrat relaxes, he know Mayank is not a type of guy who do time pass with girls.
Gunjan gets up and hugs Nupur "congrats" and gives a smile to Mayank which is returned with a nod from Mayank.

Samrat-Gunjan, Nupur-Mayank enters BN. Mayank explained that he and Nupur want to marry with all their blessings. There is silence prolonged in living room of BN. Everyone is too shocked or too happy to respond. Kutumb who donot know about Natasha and Mayank's engagement is on 9th cloud that really prince came to marry her daughter. Inder, Uday and Vidith are in doubt what to say and what not to say. Ishaan, sunania and Seema are happy for Nupur as he knows whole truth from Samrat. Before Uday can say anything Inder interfers "beta, we love and trust our daughter. I have faith in her decisions but I am a father. I still fear about her future. We need some time to think about this. I am very happy that you came and told us the truth instead of some third person. I really appreciate that."

Mayank nods his head as if he understands "I donot mind Inder ji, it is your right to decide your daughter's fate but please remember that my fate depends on your decision too" he folds his hands as Namaste and turns to goes from there. Uday turns to his dad "but dad he is enga-" Inder stops him from saying "we cannot jump to conclusions Uday, because it is our Nupur's life" Uday cools down seeing Nupur's pleasing face "fine, we will thinking about this." As soon as Inder, Uday and Vidith leaves kutumb hugs Nupur "hayee, mere saree sapane sach hogaye, really prince came to marry my daughter, nazar na kaga meri beti per" she puts a kala teeka behind Nupur's ear. Kutumb takes Sunania inside.Ishaan, Samrat and Seema gives Nupur a naughty grin "will you tell your story or -" Nupur gives them a forced smile "by god kasi story and kyon se story" Samrat "oh my god, this whole love story is happening infront of me and I am-" Ishaan completes "blind, yes you r blind duffer" Samrat hits Ishaan and they start their pillow fight. Seema comes and stand beside Nupur giving her a side hug "donot worry Nupur everything will be fine. Just it needs some time.It's god's grace that no one saw you and Mayank on that day" Nupur "yes, bhabi. I am so happy. I hope everything clears soon"

Next day Nupur enters Lab and Mayank comes and hugs her as usual. Nupur pushes him "you are not going to hug me or touch me until marriage" Mayank gives her you-must-be-joking expression. Nupur tries her best to not to laugh on his expression folder her hand and says with an attitude "I am serious" Mayank "ok fine, let's see. How you will resist me. I wonot touch you but-" gives her a naughty smile and goes from there. Nupur gives a suspicious look thinking 'by god I need to be careful; he is sure planning some mischief'.

The whole day to Nupur's surprised Mayank really did not touch her. Nupur completed her work and gets disappointed for not seeing Mayank the whole afternoon and he is seriously keeping his promise. Nupur starts packing her thinks to leave, she gives a frustrated sigh talking to herself 'by god I said not to touch but I did not say not even to come infront of me' Mayank "what to do, if I see you I cannot keep my hands to myself" Nupur jumps under her skin as she is not expecting Mayank at this hour "t-tum" Mayank "hain mein", he said coming near to her closing the lab door. Nupur gives a what-are-you-doing look and panics when Mayank starts walking towards her. Nupur points her finger to Mayank starting moving back "dekho M-Mayank I said you should not touch me"
Mayank shows his hands up as surrender says "did I touch you? No naa then why are you so afraid, I wonot touch you until you say to-" he said with a confidence smile. Nupur swallows and says "mujhe jana hain" Nupur back hits the wall and Mayank put his hands either side of Nupur without touching her "tho jaa voo naa mein kaha rokaa"
Nupur gives a helpless smile to Mayank looking at his hands. Mayank innocently asks "did I touch you, mein naa tho walls pe apna hands rakha hain, kya mein ya be hain kar saktha"
Nupur clearly knows Mayank is getting back on her for morning reaction. Nupur rises her hand to push Mayank and stops hearing his warning "if you touch me then no one can stop me after that" Nupur puts her hands down looking at Mayank with wide open eyes giving him you-can't-be-serious look but Mayank is not joking he is damn serious. Nupur stands like rabbit in hungry lion's den.
Mayank slowly moves his face towards her ears whispers "breathe Nupur" Nupur notices that stopped breathing, she takes a deep breath taking his male sent in. Mayank slowly blows air seducing Nupur's senses. Starting from her ears to jaw, collar bone. Nupur makes a fist not to touch him, closes her eyes tight as she not able to bare this torcher. Nupur "M-Mayank please-" Still Mayank is not touching her whisper huskily "for what Nupur"
Nupur forgets for what she is saying please to Mayank- to leave her or to hold her. Mayank seducing voice is making her helpless. Her lips starts trembling unknowingly Nupur puts her hands on Mayank chest pulling him near says"M-Maya" the remaining word are cut by Mayank's lips. He won the game.
