Khushi paced along the poolside..

" kuch tho socho Khushi' sochnaahi padegaa.." .. She was so busy in her thought that she hadn't noticed a figure approaching her..

" Khushiji... "

" Arnavji..mujhe aapse kuch .. " she turned to face him.. ".. JEEJAJI 'aaap??? Aap yehan kya kartha hain? Aapse kitne baaar'"

" Khushiji.. Calm down.. I hav a surprise 4 u.."

"I don't want any of your '"

" come to the terrace..i wl b waiting 4 u there with ur surprise.. Come fast..we need to talk.."

" I don't want to hear any of your nonsense..i wont come."

" Khushi its about ur future.. U hav to come.." He left the poolside without waiting for an answer.

" future? Meri future? What future do I have when u and ur saalesaab r there in my life? " she let out brief sigh on the thought of her jeejaji's saalesaab..

" Khushiji...??? " Khushi turned around and looked @ Anjali, who was standing @ the doorway.

" Di..?"

" kya mein andhar aa sakoom?" Anjali had a naughty smile on her face.

Anjali scanned the room in search of Arnav.

" its actually nothing Khushiji.. Voh Kya hai na.. Inhone aaj subhe subhe koi senior advocate se milne bahar gaya...he hasn't even had breakfast... I feel like seeing Shyam.."

" Di.. Don't worry.. I have something to cheer you up.. Can you please go to the terrace? I will join you soon."

" terrace? What Khushiji? "

" I will tell you later.. Go on.. Jaavo na Di? "

" k..k.. Fine then.." Anjali ascended the steps to terrace in a confused state..

" Aap kitni achi hai Di.. And the people you love most'" her face hardened. " one cheats on you " even the thought irritated her ... " and the other' does so many odd things just to make you happy.." a tear fell down to Khushi's cheek.. "as if there is no1 else in his whole life.. "

Arnav found the door ajar and she wasn't in the room.,. "what the,.,. Where the hell are you Khushi when I want 2 meet you,.,." He took his laptop and walked to the armchair in poolside.. He put it on the table and then the wind chimes chimed.. he turned all of a sudden thinking it will be her but it was just the breeze...he was in the edge of the pool and the sudden movement caused him loose his balance..he was about to fall when Khushi grabbed his hand and tried to pull him to her,. It wasn't easy for the thin girl 2 manage the weight of the mighty Arnav Singh Raizada,. they fell on the ground..Khushi on top of him and Arnav's arms around her body. ,. She wanted to spend her whole in those strong arms, which protected her from every danger'still the idea of those same hands hurting her most wasn't very convincing,..she tried to get up..

" how do you manage every time to fall, Khushi?",.,.She was adjusting her duppatta,.

",.,.and how do you manage every time to fall with me Arnavji? ",.,. He stood up.

"and how do u manage every time to land over me Khushi ?"

That stroked the correct notes.." ji..voh..mein..aap.." Khushi stammered.

"haan..mein.." he studied her lovely features. She looked up @ him hesitantly..he sat on the armchair..

" chalo..teek hai..its k to you to fall .. But manage to fall when I am around.." he started to work on his laptop with a smirk on his face..

" kyaaa??" khushi cudnt believe what she heard..ya..she know he is naughty and is teasing her'but y on earth does he strikes the wrong chords everytime? " yaaa'mein aa rahi hoon jiji.." and with that she left the room.

He watched her going,smiled 2 himself.." itna tho bura nahi hai ".. and continued working.

"Di'aap teek tha.".. she leaned to the wall outside the room, smiled to herself and closed her eyes... "Voh itna tho bura nahi hai'"
