Hey guys, so I'm here with the first update of the new thread.

Well, I really wished this wasn't the first one….. woh kehete hai na….. khuch bhi naya start karne se pehele, khuch acha soch ke karo…… I had no choice but to continue with the story.

Warning- this part contains violent content…… but since it's just a fictional work, I request you'll not to take any of it seriously….. I know the characters are real, but the story isn't…… this is not an attempt to tarnish anyone's image…. so I sincerely hope for your co-operation that you all will read it with an open mind.

Part 47

Mukti tiptoed through Shakti's bedroom door.

Mukti- Shaks, can I come in?

Shakti- huh? (frown)... since when did you start asking for permission?

Mukti- ya just, since you've been acting like a complete zombie lately….. you don't even realize when I come in.

Shakti- ummm……

Mukti came and sat on the bed beside her, clutching Shakti's hand in hers.

Mukti- is something bothering you?... you haven't spoken to me well in 2 days.

Shakti- I'm fine.

Mukti- no you're not!!... common tell me…… I think I have given you enough time to brood already.

Shakti- I…… I can't…… I don't know what to say…..

Mukti- for starters, you can tell me when did, you and Amar…… you know….. become a couple?

Shakti gasped.

Shakti- how….. ???

Mukti- ….did I know?... (laughs)……… oh, it was about time….. we were already fed up of you both fighting with your feelings.

Shakti- but…… wait a minute (frown)…… we?.,…. Who we?

Mukti- oh common Shaks, everybody knows…… it was always so obvious.

Shakti- really?... but why dint you tell me anything earlier?

Mukti- honey, we did…… a million times!!... in all the teasing.

Shakti- but it was just teasing!!... how am I suppose to take that seriously?

Mukti- well, I can't do anything about that now…… we thought maybe someday you'd think with your heart, rather than your stupid head.

Shakti- (sigh) abhi toh dil aur dimaag, khuch bhi kaam nahi kar rahe.

Mukti- problem kya hai?

Shakti- problem yeh hai ke…….

She paused and rubbed her fingers on her forehead.

Shakti- I can't decide anything…… Muks ya, I feel so helpless…… it's the first time I'm so confused about what I want.

Mukti- have you spoken to him?

Shakti- no….. that's another problem….. I've been trying to talk to him….. he keeps brushing me off….. abhi nahi, abhi busy hoon, thak gaya hun, and such crap.

Mukti- so just go and meet him.

Shakti- haan but……

Mukti- but?... unless you both talk, nothing's going to get solved between the two of you.

Shakti- hmm….. but this has never happened to me before….. I always know what I want…… this is really very frustrating!!

Mukti- aww sweetie, I know…… bus usse ek baat bar karlo….. I'm sure you'll feel better…… aur hum sab toh hai hi, to help you decide.

Shakti- ya….. you're probably right.

Rubbing her fingers on her forehead again, she heaved out a long sigh.

Mukti- headache?

Shakti- thoda sa.

Mukti- why don't you take a nap?... you can go meet him, after you've fixed those dark circles.

Shakti- hmm. (smile)

Mukti got up to leave….. stopping at the door she turned around with a frown.

Mukti- acha sunno….. does he love you enough to wait for you?

Shakti- Muks, I don't want him to wait for me…… he's always waited…… I…… I want him to be with me……

Seeing Mukti's smile, she paused.

Shakti- what?

Mukti- I think you just answered your own question.

Shakti nervously walked up to Kunwar's door….. gussa ho gaya toh?... I should have called…… she had called Darmesh to inquire if Amar was home and she had rushed over as soon as he had given her an affirmation.

She rang the bell and waited….. sifting from one foot to the other.

Expecting Dharmesh to be the one to open up, she was surprised to see Amar standing in front of her.

Shakti- (weak smile) hi.

Amar- Shaks!!…. My Baby….. common in.

He gathered her in her arms and kissed her…… a deep long one….. His touch that always made her shudder in bliss was somehow chilling her veins….. a creepy feeling ran through her spine….. something was miserably wrong….. but what???... she smelled alcohol all over him and she flinched back.

Shakti- have you been drinking?

Amar- ya sweets. just a….. cou……couple of ber….. beers….. b…… buss. (wink)

But she dint miss his slurred speech….. he led her into the drawing room…… she wearily eyed more than a dozen of beer cans on the coffee table….. that was his couple of beers?

Shakti- Kunwar, we need to talk.

He popped open a beer can and sat back on the sofa, with his legs plopped on the coffee table.

Amar- sure…… first….. come here.

He pat the seat next to him….. Shakti hesitated a little, before she sat beside him.

Shakti- ab buss bhi karo Kunwar.

She tried to take the can from his hand….. but he pulled his hand away.

Amar- you don't get to dictate me here.

Shakti- (frown) aise kyun baat kar rahe ho?

Amar- just let me do what I want…… Ok?... you always get to do what you like, don't you?

He took a long swallow of his drink….. Shakti had reached the pinnacle of her tolerance….. she was not here for his sh*t…… she shot up.

Shakti- fine….. I'll come tomorrow…… hopefully, when you're back to some of your senses.

He grabbed her wrist and yanked her down on his lap.

Amar- not so soon, honey.

Grasping her hair in a fist, he lowered her mouth to his.….. Shakti tried to push him back….. but he held her where she was, with one arm gripping her thighs and the other around her neck, crushing her mouth to his.

Shakti- Kunwar, let go…..

She dug her hands in chest and with all her might and shoved him away…… she got up to leave….. but he swiftly scooped her in his arms and led her to his room.

Shakti- Kunwar, what the hell are you doing!!!???... put me down!!!

He kicked the door close and hurled her on his bed.

There was a raw need in his eyes, that scared the sh*t out of her.

He started to unbutton his shirt.

Shakti- yeh kya mazzak hai, Kunwar??... stop it!!

She tried to get out of the bed….. but he was quicker….. tossing his shirt away, he grabbed her by the waist, pinning her to the bed.

Shakti- Kunwar, No!!!!

She jiggled restlessly below him, trying to scoot away….. clasping both her wrist, he lifted her hands above her head, completely captivating her under his body.

Shakti- you're hurting me, Kunwar…… please….. stop…….

He looked in her tear filled eyes for a brief second before lowering his mouth on hers….. he fiercely bit her bottom lip, making it bleed….. she cried out in pain….. but he continued to nibble his way down to her throat like a hungry vampire, devouring his snack.

Shakti- Kunwar, don't do something you would regret….. let go off me right now!!!

He looked down in her terror stricken face.

Amar- you're the one who wanted this, remember? (growled)

Shakti- you sick Jerk!!!... you're hurting me!!!... move back!!

He barked a laugh.

Amar- you dint complain so much the other night…… now just shut up!!

He lowered his face again….. his teeth brutally making his path from her face, neck, shoulder and below…… she shirked…… her legs kicking violently, trying to writhe free.

He wrapped his leg around her, to make her stop wrestling.

Amar- you know what they call girls like you, don't you?... you're nothing but a f**king t**se!!!... so let me finish what you started.

Clasping her hands in one of his hand, he shifted the other to the hem of her top….. he jerked it up, trying to make his work simpler.

Taking advantage of his loosened grip, Shakti squirmed her hands free….. digging her fingers in his hair, she yanked his head away…… she ferociously flexed her knee, kicking him hard in the n*ts.

Amar- aaahhh!!!... F**k!!!!!

The blow was brutal that almost made his eyes cross and he limped down on the bed next to her.

Shakti quickly got up from the bed….. getting hold of a glass of water on the bedside table….. she flung the contents on his face…… she threw the glass at him, which missed him…… hitting the wall behind him, it clattered in bits in every corner of the room.

Shakti- You F**king B****rd!!!!... how dare you!!!!!??????

She straighten her top back in place…… wiping her blood and tear stained face with her hand, she leaned towards him, who was still trying to get hold of himself….. swinging her hand back, she punched him long and hard, right on his eye.

The impact of the fling was so powerful, he fell back on the bed.

Shakti- and I thought you loved me………..!!!!

Grabbing him by his collar, she made him sit up.

Shakti- while all you wanted was to get in my f**cking pants!!!!

Holding a hand on his eye, which she was sure had already turned black, he viciously looked up….. in her already fire filled eyes.

Amar- you're damn right about that!!!... you hypocrite B**ch!!... now get out of my house!!!

Shakti- it's not just your f**king house I'm going to leave...

She turned around and marched out of the room.

Amar- F**k O**!!!... Go sl**p with a p**p!!

He yelled behind her.

Shakti- I almost did….. you B****rd!!

Slamming the front door…… she was gone.

Forever?... who knows?
