and by Patch up I mean to expose Jay and Akash also to resolve the divorse issue..

Udayveer has already guessed that J has been behind his increasing distance from manyata,but dear at the end it was his decision to file for separation as he thought letting go of manyata was the best thing to do,but Manyata's confession now has made him realise that it was not

As for divorce issue yes dear it is a big glitch ,as its really going to miff up the things,but again it is the decision of Manyata and she will repent
