The nice long comment I wrote for this OS disappeared before I could post it :( Damn Firefox ! :(

Well.. It was an endearing story. Khushi wanting to feel like ASR's wife.
I have always envisioned Khushi as a person who is happy and content with herself and does not see the need to change herself. The songs "Hum toh aise hai Bhaiya" and "Hum to bhai jaise hai, waise ranhenge" are those I feel are ones applicable to her.

But I can imagine this Khushi. Wanting to please at the cost of her comfort. Just so that her husband can be proud of her. I Loved Arnav for what he did. I'm glad Anjali got him thinking in the right direction. :) He was so sweet throughout. Loved it Rae! :)

Oh this was so heart warmingly, heart breakingly beautiful!!! I'm sooo glad you captured Khushi's 'her-ness', her own unique, totally adorable, unadulterated charm that floored Arnav in the show and in this OS. I personally love Khushi for being as natural and spontaneous as she is, no pretence whatsoever- though sometimes they push it a bit in the show but I guess we need to allow for lapses...

This was totally beautiful...their love and trust and respect for each other, without any preconditions... so AMAZING :)

And Arnav's characterisation in here was so perfect- still the angry young man but so loving and tender and possessive. Sigh...I know I'm rambling but I'm just waiting to see this Arnav in the show some day :) I loved it !!

Beautiful work.

In reading your piece, it made me realize (as others have mentioned) that I want Khushi to remain herself in essence and same with Arnav. What you write about Khushi's "her-ness" is what captivated me as a viewer. And, I love the message in the story--that Khushi doesn't have to change to win or keep Arnav's love.
