This is what I had posted in the earlier discussion thread. I think you might have missed it.

Yeah...I was going along the same lines for the marriage plot. That Leher would be proposing to Dhruv to marry her, more of a conditional marriage, until she can gain leverage in a custody battle that she is fighting for Naina - who being her step-sister is now being claimed by her step-mom's family, owing to the property that Leher's father is left behind in Naina's name after their father's recent death.

Now there can be a misunderstanding between Dhruv and Leher that she has her eyes on Naina's wealth as well. A question could be raised on why Leher doesn't have a major share in the property. I was thinking of reasoning that with the narration that Leher had left home upon his second wedding to a much younger woman.

How does that sound? See you all tomorrow...

Blaming this on Ratna😆 but after seeing her a little bit in the serial, I want another suitor(wow, that's such an old term) or secret admirer for Leher who knows all her facts. She should not be aware of his feelings but think him a friend or acquaintance. Should add some masala to this khichdi, what say?
