Thank you Dee. You are right, Arnav has a lot of demons inside him. Now he feels it is confirmed that he is his father's son because Khushi called him that. It is clear that Khushi does not really think him the evil that he thinks himself. Her comment really hurt him more than she intended and that's why he didn't fight back because he thought there was truth in her low blow.
