The starting to the end...the tears that stung her eyes when she saw the photos matched the sigh that escaped me...and his attempt to bake a cake for her while she is trying so hard to push him away but cannot help but relent in the face of such sweetness...

And the midnight rainy celebration...it was not just a celebration of her birthday, it was like they were welcoming in the new lease on life Arnav is bringing with him...the kiss was perfect! I specially liked this line -

"He played with her lips, like infants would play, with dove-like fondness, with chaste concession."

Beautiful! Just exquisite...and now I really want Arnav to come to know the truth soon or maybe I dont...I dont know...I just want them to face every storm together which I am sure is what Arnav would want but he will have to convince Khushi...

Anyway, great job. A beautiful chapter with pure emotions. :)

PS - A question...I am confused with the last lines...are they meant to symbolize that ArHi made love?

And the last lines mean, that the kiss would be the symbol of the beginning of a new life, their future, it is like a seal of many promises they made to each other, but no, didn't make love.
