I really hope that he finds out about her illness through some work on his part, rather than someone telling him. It would make the encounter on his part easier!

I hope Arnav finds out about her illness A.S.A.P so that he will do something & the truth about their feelings will b out . This 2 love each other but scared that they will also hurt each other if they confess
