CHAPTER:6
After he cut the call.He was in a trance.
He came back to his senses."mamu..."avi shouted..
Arnav saw him ."mamu jaldi ready hojao..."he said .
"hmm...where."arnav asked still not concentrating."mamu u..u said
we shall go out on a ride.."he pouted.
"yeah...sure"he siad
"I want a biiig ride.."he said and twirled his hands.
"sure champ.Give me a minute..aur tum niche jao...dhire
se..ok.."arnav asked .
"ok "he said and ran as quick as possible.
Arnav came down after a good ten minutes and came out wearing
a white tshirt and blue denim jeans..."
He came downstairs and saw avi and akash having spoon fi8 while the other ladies were chattting.
He joined them and sat across avi and akash.
"so..where r u going champ..aur bhai..no office..?"akash asked .
".no office akash .We both planned for a big ride..."arnav said and
saw avi smiling at him.
Avi stood up on the chair as he was not able to reach the table.
Anjali saw him.
"stop dancing on the chair and sit straight avi.."she scowled at
him.
"I am not able to reach.."avi stated .
"come here .."arnav gestured .
Avi smileed and jumped down.
He was coming from under the table.Every one started aughing.
Arnav was recollecting all of those kushi's antics.
Suddenly avi shouted "AHHH"
Arnav immly pecked down and picked avi in his arms.
"what...avi..u fine.."Arnav asked .
Avi started crying .Anjali came forward.
"avi.."anjali patted him.
"ma...voh voh.."he pointed his little index finger down.
There was laxmi mewhhing.
All were tenzed.
"ka huha.."nani asked .
"nani bas voh laxmi ko dekhe dar gaya.."anjali said .Arnav understood and then suddenly shouted "HARI PRAKSH..."
Every one were silent.Avi calmed down.He was telling sweet nothings in avi's ears.
"Haan bhayya.."hp ran to him.
"take laxmi out NOW.."he barked.
HE obeyed and sped off.
"Avi its gone..look its gone.."arnav said and settled on the
chair.While others were concernedly loking at him.
He sniffed and looked and then smiled at arnav.
"he is scared of animals like kushi scred of darkness..."anjali said without thinking.The table became calm and silent as they heard
about kushi.
They all were feeling guilty.
Suddenly arnav to lighten the mood said that "acha we wil leave
now di..Bye.."he said .
"where.."anjali asked.
"di hum dono nainital jaare ..u know for a biiig ride.."he said and
immitated avi.
Avi giggled .
"ok but tiffin.."nani asked.
"hum karlenge bahar.."he said as he picked his walet and keys.
"acha chote gadi mein petrol tho haina.."anjali teased.
Arnav simpered.
He turned and gave a simpering answer.."yeahhh FULL
TANK..."he said and went out.
They setled in the car and rode off.
Avi was asking him all sort of questions.
He also had twice rapid fire sessions.
Arnav was very much satisified.He was having fun.
"mamu.."avi called him.
"hmmm.."arnav said as he drove.
"i am feeling hungry.."he said.
"yeah just 5 minutes more..."arnav said.
"ok.."avi said and then settled in the seat.
Arnav drove to the same dhaba..Avi saw it and asked "what place
is this..??"
"Its a dhaba...Famous around india."he said as he parked the car.
"hmm..."avi said and arnav picked him from his seat.
"Do we get pizza here.."he asked."no..Only indian.."arnav
said."don't worry worth a try."arnav smiled.
They sat on one of the cot.
One man had come and asked "kya lenge saab.."
"hmm...avi what do u want.."arnav asked ."I want that ..u know it is
round and yelow in colour.."he said showing his fingers to show
the size.
"hmm what round..ohhh paneer.."arnav asked.
"no ...not paneer I know paneer...It is this much..paneer won't be in yellow colour.."avi retorted.
"then.."arnav was trying to get what he was speaking.
The man who stood there also contributed."gulab jamun.."
"no..Its a sweet ..What i am saying is a hot.."avi said.Arnav smiled.
"mamu mobile.."he asked.
Arnav handed suspisiously.
Avi caled anjali and asked "ma..what is that u make that yellow one ...we eat it ..i forgot the name..ma .."avi called.Anjali was
laughing."phone mamu ko dho.."anjali said.
Avi handed it to arnav."haan di.."
"arey chote voh khadi chaawal ki baath karra hain.."anjali said.
"ohhoo"arnav said smiling.Avi leaned onto arnav.
He slowly patted hima and cut the call.
He turned to the waiter"ek khadi chaawal aur ek lassi."he said.
"oho tho voh ghadi hain."avi said swinging his legs.
"Ghadi nahin khadi ..ghadi mathlab watch.."arnav said smiling.
Suddenly arnav's wallet fell down as he was placing his phone in
his pocket.
"arey..."came a voice .There was the same punjabi owner of the
dhaba he recognised arnav."arey kaise ho ..Aapke biwi nahin
aayi.."he said taking his wallet and he saw kushi 's photo.
"biwi ki taswir pocket mein .."he said .
Avi pulled the purse and saw kushi's photo.
Arnav saw avi's eyes go wide in schock.
"kushi..."avi said .
"yen kon hain..aapke beta.."the punjabi owner asked.
"no.Mera baanja..."arnav said still in schock.
"tike aap na yahin rukho meri biwi ko lee aunga bahuth acha
lagegi use.."he said and walked off.
Avi jumped down and asked"kushi aur aapki marriage hogayi.."
Arnav nodded a yes.
"but why don't u stay together."avi asked surprised.
Arnav was silent .He put back his wallet inside.
"Kya ..."avi asked.
"look ur food has come have it.."arnav said diverting.But he was bombarding with queries.
"arnav mamu.."he called.
Suddenly the punjabi aunty appeared.After lots off gappe shappes they sat in the car and he started the car.
"mamu u had a fight..."avi asked after lots of thinking.
"hmm.."arnav said."u apologised her or not..."avi asked her again.
"yes.."arnav said ."then...she didn't accept.."avi said as a matter of
fact.
"hmm.."arnav said as he drove. "mamu no one told me...why..Its ok
ab kya ..mamu kushi is like that don't worry uski anger bahuth hain
dont worry..at al.."avi said.
"mamu mere paas ek idea hain.."avi said.
"kaise idea.."arnav asked.
"I will tell u ..but promise don't tell any one ok..What will I
get..then."avi asked.
"whatever u want..."arnav said with a smile.
"ok then dealll"avi squealed.
Arnav gave him a smile..
