Arnav had overheard the conversation, and knew full well what Khushi was about to do...she would probably beg him to let her leave to see her father at Gupta house. Oh yes, he understood her plight, and yet, did not want to let her assume she would be allowed so easily...atleast not till he had made her feel her place/aukaad for a time.

He sat back in his chair, and watched as she seemed to gather all her guts to face him with the question. he smirked, waiting for her to start.

"Arnavji...I..I...I'm going home to see Bauji... so I have to leave now!"

"Excuse me!!! And who are you to tell me that you are simply going??, " he retorted, feeling startled that she had just made a blunt statement of leaving, without pleading or atleast requesting permission respectfully ! The gall of this girl!!

"You know very well from my phone conversation, that Bauji is not well, how can you think of stopping me?"

"And you think they will open their doors wide for you or will even let you in Khushi?"

"Well, thanks to you they may not...but, I know how to break down doors, if I have to...Deivi Maiyan ki kasam...I have the strength to do it, my love will break it open!"

Arnav laughed at her, seeing her slender frame , she probably could not even hold open a heavy door.

She was really losing her patience, and imagined herself yelling at Arnav, and in her imagination , Arnav was a little child version of himself...she was just starting to enjoy this scenario, when he said," I will drop you!"

" I am quite capable of going there myself, I used to take the bus everyday , it's just round the corner...and.."

"Shut Up! That is the condition that I will drop you and pick you up! NO Raizada Bahu takes a bus, do you understand!"

"Raizada Bahu my foot! Mr.Arnav Singh Raizada...pls don't make me used to such comforts...it will last me just six months, and then all this will evaporate and it will be back to autos, and buses and footpath!"

" Well, keep up the drama till then, and enjoy it while you can Khushi...!"

"NO! there is more chance they will welcome you in, if I come with you! Listen to me for once!"

Khushi was taken aback, this man is such a contradiction, he says he hates me...and then does things that would ease matters for me...will I ever understand the mind of Arnav Singh Raizada?

"Come on let's go...I don't have all day!"

And Khushi followed him like a little lost child!
