Aw thank you! It is definitely NOT that easy to forgive but it was Mariam's birthday and she wanted a happy OS so I decided to give it a sort of happy ending :P
Its very open minded really. I like to think that Khushi snapped at Arnav in the morning and only forgave him after months but some people can think she tended his cut and forgave him in days. :P whatever you choose lol
