What Shyam did was horrible but Arnav at the end is the one who made her feel safe

I think you've captured the true essence of both characters:

Shyam is a perverted b**tard who has no limits

and Arnav, even if he has physically hurt her, it has never been intentionally, it's always been in the heat of the moment. He's been there for her throughout

Omg that was such a intense and Dark os! So beautifully written!! 👏 I felt so so bad for poor Khushi! That snake...dirty creep!! I felt like killing him!!😡 How can a man stoop that low?! Oh wait..sorry..Shyam isn't a human..he is a dirty snake!! Nothing good can be expected from him. I loved the way Arnav kept trying consoling and finding answers to his questions..even though Khushi didn't want to say anything. At last he hugged and consoled her! She really needed that from Arnav. She needed to know she has someone who support her through thick and thin! I really really loved your os!! Thanks for the pm;)
