Khushi comes into her bedroom about 20 minutes after Arnav had talked, no, shouted on Aman.
She notices Arnav standing near the bed, dressed in formal attire, all ready to go to office.
Khushi:Aapki coffee aur naashta laaye hain. (I've got ur coffee and breakfast)..
Arnav indicates towards the bluetooth ear device on his ear and then gestures her to keep it on the table.
Khushi(looking at the bluetooth):Oh! Humne dekha nahi tha. Sorry!(Oh! I didnt notice it.. sorry!)
Just as she is about to keep the tray on the table, Arnav screams..
Arnav:What do u mean the meeting cannot be postponed, Aman?
Khushi controls herself just in time and thus prevents the tray from slipping from her hands.
Arnav:Look Aman, I dont care about it!All I know is that after 7 today evening, I'm not available for any meetings or con. calls till tomorrow morning. Now,do u get that? (After a pause) Mr Bhardwaj ko manzoor ho toh theek hai. Aur na ho, toh main unke saath yeh deal nahi karna chahta! (If Mr Bhardwaj agrees it fine. Or else I dont want to sign this deal with him!)
He cuts the call and throws the bluetooth device on the bed,boiling with anger.
Khushi: Kya hua? Aap itna chilla kyun rahe hain? (What happened? Y r u shouting so much?)
Arnav: Khushi yeh office ki baat hai, stay out of this!
Khushi was about to say something when Arnav's phone rings.
Arnav takes it out of his pocket,sees the caller's name, cuts the call and puts it back into his pocket.
Khushi: Aapne phone kyun kaata? (Y did u cut the call?)
Arnav just stares at her angrily.
Again the phone rings.
This time Khushi slides her hand into his pocket to take out his phone when she notices the change in his expression.
Arnav closes his eyes as her fingers rub his thigh.
Khushi takes advantage of the situation and answers the phone.
Khushi:Hello.Haa Aman ji..
Arnav,who is even more angry, tries to snatch the phone from her.
Arnav:Khushi!Give it here..
Khushi: Ji.. woh.. Woh busy hain.Humse kahiye.K.. kya .. h.. hua..?
She runs from one corner of the room, till the other, Arnav after her.
Khushi: a.. toh.. Aap meeting postpone mat kariye!H.. hum.. keh denge.. unse..
And she cuts the call.
Arnav(furious): Khushi! Kya kiya tumne? (what did u do?)
Khushi: Humne woh kiya jo aapko karna chahiye tha! Hum achche se jaante hain aapko shaam ki meeting kyun cancel karni thi! (I just did what u should have done! I know very well y u wanted to cancel the meeting in the evening!)
Before Arnav could speak..
Khushi: Hum dekh rahe hain aapko,picchle 3 mahino se.. Shaadi k baad se aap bawra gaye hain! (I have been observing u since the last 3 months.. u've gone mad after the wedding!)
Arnav(totally puzzled): What?
Khushi: Hmm! Pehle aapko kaam se koi door nahi rakh sakta tha aur ab, aap khud kaam se door bhagte hain! Jab hum 3 dino k liye Nainital ja rahe the tab aapne kya kiya? Laptop ghar par bhool jane k bahana banaya aur phone ko pool me daal diya! Aapne yeh nahi socha ki un 3 dino me agar Amanji ko yahan aapki zarurat padi toh woh kahan jayenge? Kisse poochenge? (Earlier nobody could keep u away from ur work, but now, u urself run away from it! When we had gone to Nainital for 3 days, u conviniently forgot ur laptop at home and threw ur mobile in the pool!U never thought what Amanji would do in those 3 days? How would he handle all the work?)
Arnav(touching her cheek): Kya tumne yeh kabhi socha Khushi, ki maine yeh sab kiske liye kiya? Hamare liye! (Did u ever think for whome I did all this? For us!)
Khushi: Hamare liye? Kyun? Kya humein dobara kabhi Naintal jaane ka mauka nahi milega kya? (For us?Y?R v never going to get a chance to visit Nainital again?)
Arnav: Zaroor milega!Par tab sab badal jayega! Yeh shaadi k baad wala pehla saal bahot special hota hai, Khushi! Yeh dobara nahi aayega! Kaam toh 10 saal baad bhi hota rahega par yeh.. (We will surely get the chance but by then everything would have changed! The first year post wedding is very special! This will never come back! Work will be there even after 10 years, but this.. )
Khushi(interrupts): Toh 10 saal bad pyaar me kya farq pad jayega? (How different will r love be after 10 years?)
Arnav: Farq padega ,dammit! Tum tab tak 2 bachchon ki amma ban gayi hogi! Tumhari puri duniya bachhon me, ghar me,family me, kitchen me samayi hogi!Arnav Singh Raizada tumhari list ka sabse last naam hoga! (Of course it will be different! By then u would be a mother of 2 and ur whole world will revolve around ur kids, ur house, ur family,kitchen,etc and Arnav Singh Raizada's name will come last on ur priority list!)
Khushi(softens):Arnavji,chahe hum 2 bachchon ki amma bane ya 10 bachchon ki, aapke liye hamara pyar kabhi kam nahi hoga! Aap hamesha hamare dil k sabse kareeb honge! (Whether I become a mother of 2 or 10 kids, my love for u will never be any lesser. U will always be the closest to my heart!)
Arnav smirks, smiles and then laughs.
Khushi is both puzzled and annoyed at his laughter.
Khushi(smacking his shoulder): Aap has rahe hain!?!
Arnav(catching her hand): Sorry Khushi, but, tum aur 10 bachchon ki amma? I mean like, really? Do u seriously think so?
Khushi's cheeks turn red.
Arnav (softly): Tum mujhe apne upar 10 minute k liye toh bardaasht kar nahi sakti! Do u really think tum mere 10 bacche paida kar sakti ho? (U cant tolerate my body on urs for more than 10 minutes then how do u think can u make 10 babies with me?)
Khushi(trying to control her emotions): H.. hum.. hum chahe toh kar sakte hain! (If.. I.. I want I can do that!)
Arnav(turns Khushi's face towards his own): R u challenging me Khushi?
Khushi:Nahi!
She pushes him away.
Khushi:Kahan ki baat ko kahan le gaye aap! Office jaiyye aur sabhi meetings attend kariye! (U took the matter from where to where! Go to office and attend all meetings!)
Arnav:Soch lo, Khushi.. Ghar aate -aate 10 baj jayenge..(Think again ,Khushi. it will be 10 pm by the time I return..)
Khushi: Soch liya!
She calls Aman from his phone.
Khushi:Aman ji,aaplogon ki meeting der se khatam hogi toh khane ka prabandh toh wahin hoga na? (pause) Theek hai.Toh aap inke hisaab se kam tel aur masale wala khana mangwa lijiyega..(pause) ji..
(Ur meeting will go on till late in the evening, so u must have arranged for dinner right? Alright.So u please arrange for food thats low in oil and spices for him..(pause) ok..)
She hands his phone to him.
Arnav(sighs): I'm gonna miss u and I bet u will miss me too!..
Khushi: Bilkul Nahi! Kyunki hum unke paas chale jayenge jinhe hum bahut dino se miss kar rahe the! (No! I will go to meet those, whom I have been missing since a long time!)
Arnav(shocked): Kisse? (who?)
Khushi: Amma babuji ko! Hum dopeher ko unse milne chale jayenge! (I will go to meet my parents in the afternoon!)
Arnav(super shocked):What?
Khushi: Haa!Hum aaj hi amma k yahan chale jayenge! (Yup! I will go to mom's place today itself!)
Arnav(throws the phone on the bed): Oh come on,Khushi! Dont do this to me,love!
He pulls her closer to himself.
Khushi: Humne kya kiya hai? Aap toh office me honge aur hum yahan bore ho jayenge! Di, jiji, jeejaji, naniji- aaj toh ghar me koi bhi nahi hai! Toh hum yahan kya karenge? Is se toh achchha hai hum wahan chale jaayen! Bahut din ho gaye hain wahan sabse mile huye.. (What did I do? U'll be in office, no one will be at home, so what will I do here? It would be better if I go to mom's place. Anyways, its been a while since I have met them)
Arnav: Khushi tumhe pata hai na pichli baar tum wahan gayi thi toh ammaji ne kya kiya tha? Unhone tumhe us raat ko zabardasti wahan rok liya tha. Aur agli subha agar main tumhe lene nahi aata, toh woh tumhe us din bhi wahin rok leti! Tumhe pata hai na mujhe zara bhi achcha nahi lagta agar tum raat ko mere paas na ho! (U remember what ammaji had done the last time u went to visit them, right? She had forced u to stay back there that night.Had I not gone there the next morning to fetch u, she would have kept u there that day as well! U know very well how I dont like it one bit if u r not there at night with me!)
Khushi: Aap toh aise keh rahe hain jaise amma ne koi gunaah kar diya ho! Pagphera tha hamara! Aapko hamare saath aana tha, aap aaye nahi! Ab hum gaye toh kya unka itna bhi haq nahi ki woh humein ek raat apne paas rakh sake? Hum unki beti hain Arnavji! (U r sayin as if mom had commited a crime! It was a ceremony where u were supposed to accompany me there, but u never came!Since I went there, doesnt she even have the right to ask me to stay back for a night? I'm her daughter,Arnavji!)
Arnav: Par ab tum meri biwi ho, Khushi! (But now u r my wife ,Khushi!)
Khushi(shocked): Humne kabhi socha bhi nahi tha ki aap pyaar me itne matlabi ho jayenge! (I never thought u will become so selfish in love!)
She turns away from him, a tear escaping her eye.

Arnav: Khushi! I dont care! Agar maine ghar aakar dekha ki tum yahan nahi ho, toh main khudh tumhe wahan lene aaunga aur jise jo kehna hai kahe, main tumhe apne saath wapis lekar hi aaunga!
Khushi: Hum nahi aayenge Arnavji! Hum tab tak nahi aayenge jab tak aap humse maafi na maang le!
