Snow is one of the most beautiful things, it sometimes speaks to you, and sometimes, it just fills your childhood fantasy of living in a world made of cotton, where everyone is happy. Though the latter depends more on you that anything else, more than any snow or lava. Some people in the bus crossing the city of Mussoorie were happy, and some were down right angry. Anjali was truly what a person would call happy, because she had a husband who loved her, or so she thought. Khushi was happy, because she had never been to Mussoorie before, and from what she had seen, it was a beautiful place. Arnav was downright angry, the way he always was, for everyone had just "agreed" to do things, without waiting for his approval, and now he was here, in the middle of Mussoorie, with no hotel room bookings, on his mother's birthday, the one day he had been looking for peace. He shot Khushi a dirty look, the one person who always managed to ruin his days. Khushi, however, couldn't care less. In a place like this, for her atleast, all that mattered was love. Payal was getting married, and Lavanya had also settled with someone, so she was the only one who was the last one there. The only person who did not have a person she could call her own, even this snow had the sky to talk to, and both just seemed so tranquil together. Would she ever find that one person she wanted to spend her forever with? From the looks of it, No was the big answer that came into her mind. All day she was at the Raizada Mansion, she hardly ever had time for herself, and although she would make sure that she would do all she could for Payal's marriage, she also pledged to do one thing, she was going to find out who the guy was. She was going to search for the guy who cared, the guy who would feel the same way as her, the guy who would call her his angel, and that was going to happen here, in Mussoorie. And thats all she cared about at the moment, and she breathed in the cool air, though she coughed it out after some time. It was cold.

Arnav looked at Khushi as she coughed and rushed towards her, literally getting up from his seat, not knowing what clicked inside him at that action of hers. "What happened?" he asked, worried.

"Nothing" said Khushi, and looked away, she did not want to get into another fight. She wanted to look at someone who cared, who would do anything for her, whatever it took, not a man who couldnt get enough of reminding her about her status, not a man for whom, all that mattered was money.

Arnav was angry enough, but he did not say anything. She looked beautiful in that salwar kameez, and he just a little tired of shouting at her all the time, she had done virtually nothing to deserve it.

"Please tell me," he whispered softly.

She looked up at him, surprised "Uh.. nothing, really. I just coughed, you know, the kind of weather there is."

Arnav smiled a half-smile, "Okay." And then he headed towards his own seat.

"Uh, Arnavji" Khushi called out, feeling obliged to thank him, thank him for speaking to her properly for once, "Thank you"

He smiled.

"For asking" she added. And looked away, once again, back to her dream world, where the skies were blue, the fields were green, and suddenly everything just felt merrier.

Arnav looked across the small aisle, at Khushi. He had finally let his guard down, he had listened to his heart, that could not bear the sight of Khushi in pain. Maybe he was holding on to yesterday, for far, far too long now. He had to let go, he had to learn to smile. Closing his eyes, he thought of a time when he did smile. It was like he was thinking about another lifetime, of another person for that matter. His mother had a beautiful smile, and what he loved the most about her was her smile. A sudden memory of his mom smiling clouded his mind, and he jolted open his eyes. His mom's eyes were exactly like...

He looked across at Khushi again, as she tried to set her hair right. She was so beautiful. He shook his head, and turned away. This was the same girl he had hated in the morning. He STILL hated, or so he told himself.

Shyam, who had been watching their little exchange for quite some time, did not look pleased. He looked at his wife, who was leaning on him now, the only person who was now a hindrance. He wanted Khushi, he wanted her more than anything else in the world. He was going to get her.

The moonlight was all that was there, when they finally reached the hotel, all of them exhausted from the journey. Arnav was not very happy, because he knew the kind of booking that took place in Mussoorie, and he knew he wasnt going to get an individual room. Not waiting for anyone else, he strode inside the hotel, his power radiating from every part of his body.

"I want eight suites right away" he said, looking at the receptionist, as if daring her to say no.

The receptionist looked nervously at her computer screen, "Sir I will just check." Though from the expression of her face she was pretty sure that "eight" suites were not going to be available even if the prime minister asked for them. Not that the man in front of her was anyone less.

"Sir, eight suites are not available" the receptionist said, looking seriously apologetic.

"If you value your job, they better be" threatened Arnav, and from the looks of it, he meant every word. Thats when Anjali decided to walk in, acting like nothing short of a life saviour for the receptionist, as she said, "Love is in the air Arnav, dont contaminate it with your anger" and then she turned to the receptionist, "How many suites are available?"

"F-o-ur ma'am" the receptionist, thoroughly nervous, told Anjali, careful to avoid Arnav's gaze, which was a very good idea, because Arnav would have killed her for uttering the number if Anjali would not have walked in on time.

"That should be perfect" Anjali smiled re-assuringly, ignoring her little brother, who she knew could not do much in front of her.

She turned to Arnav, "Well, we can divide in pairs of two Chhotey. Tell me, you want to be with Shyamji, Akash, or NK?"

"Akash" he said immediately, trying to save the little sanity he was left with. "Okay then, that leaves Shyamji and NK together. And I know I am going to be with Payalji, before Khushiji claims to be her sister, and tries taking her away from me. So that really just leaves Khushiji and Lavanyaji together," she said excitedly, her eyes twinkling, "This is going to be fun!"
