I want the signature like...umm...like yours,,

Your sig has just your name,,,,i.e. the heading of the topic u wanna post

i want the link with the heading only

not the whle link written

Ok, that isn't that hard. Consider the following part of the coding:

Here is the usual code which I shortened down: ...52563115]My Collection, Tutorials and Blog Info[/URL]

So, the name you want to give your hyperlink comes BETWEEN the end of the closing bracket and the beginning of the /URL bracket, without space.

And if you want it in the center, then add another bracket right at the beginning and end of everything with CENTER in capitals with the first in brackets and the other with / in front of it just like the URL ending bracket.

I hope that isn't too confusing.

i m having a problem writing comment on IF.. i m a reader on IF thru my smartphone.. i even tried from a different phne bt d prblm is still der...from pc d forum works perfectly fine..

i keep my IF account always logged in thru browser Opera Mini.. bt evry tym i try to rite sumthng in the comment box it shows an error msg saying access denied.. n its happening since last 1 yr.. dis makes me a silent reader as i cannot comment n so no pms for me.. :(

plz help me wid dis if u can..

To all who asked me this, a really really big sorry for taking so long to figure this out myself. I am, contrary to what you might think, not really gifted with technicalities of laptops. I usually figure out things by trial and error. So, here it is, the long awaited tutorial for VIDEO uploading using Youtube.

How to Embed Videos:

1. You start with the basic codes:

[YOUTUBE] in capitals as well as [/YOUTUBE] in capitals.

Remember the FORWARD SLASH at the end. Without it the code will not work

2. Now, go to Youtube and pick your video to upload. Click on the video so it starts to play. ON the video, right click. You will get several options for copying the link. Use: Copy video URL at current time.

I tried it with many other link but this is the only one that worked for me.

3. Paste the link between the two YOUTUBE Brackets. Remember to remove all spaces. I uploaded a test video on page 7.

Some asked me how to upload videos directly from the computer. I guess, it is not possible, at least in IF. For any kind up uploading, you need to do it from a video/image/music hosting website. I recomend YOUTUBE. It allows you uploading at the same time giving you the option to keep your videos PRIVATE. This means that no one sees or can find your video if they search.
