"Daddy" yelled Lavanya. She came running into his arms and when he picked her up she placed a kiss on his cheek.

"Yes sweetheart! What Happened?"

"Dad, you promised to take me out for a movie today"

"I did but you have to go school tomorrow. We will go on Saturday, I promise"

"Ok. But you have to tell me a story now"

"Fine let's go"

Arnav picked up his daughter in his arms and carried her to her room. He set her down on the bed and sat down beside her.

"Which story are you going to tell me today dad?"

"Well this story is about a young girl. She was beautiful and the prettiest girl on this earth. She was so caring, loving and an excellent woman. Everybody loved her. And you what her name was? Khushi Kumari Gupta"

"You mean mum?"

"Yes baby, your mum!"

"When did you guys get married?"

"Nearly four years ago. Everything was so perfect. We loved each other and then you came into our life. We could not ask for anything else."

"Then why did mum leave us?"

"Because I broke your mom's trust. She was very disappointed with me."

"Do you miss her dad?"

"Yes, I do"

"Will she ever come back?"

"I will make sure she comes back to us so that we all can together go for picnics, movies and holidays!"

"Dad I love you and mum so much"

"I love you too, sweetheart!"

Arnav kissed his daughter good night and came back to his room. He thought it was high time Khushi forgave him and came back into their life. Lavanya needed her, he needed her and he would do anything now to get her back. He called someone up and asked her to find out about Khushi. He lied down on the bed and looked at the picture that hung behind on the wall. It was a wall size picture of Khushi and him. It was taken after they had just got married.

"I promised you till death do us apart and I meant that. I will make sure it stays that way. I love you Khushi"

He closed his eyes and went back to sleep.

Khushi Singh Raizada walked into her house. She had a long tiring day today. After leaving the Raizada house, she had taken up a job as a fashion designer in Shades, other fashion house. She was damn successful but she worked there with a condition that no one would find out she was the designer here. She had a fashion show coming up next week. Her fashion house was not doing so well these days. Of course, with Passion in the market who could even think of competing with it? Her boss, Aditya Talwar was already thinking about merging his company with another fashion house.

She dropped dead on the bed and closed her eyes. She wished that Arnav was here with her now. He would have kissed her and all her tiredness would go away. But that is not possible. She would never let that happen. She could never live with a man who could not trust her. So what if she loved him? But she did miss him and their daughter. She wanted to see her daughter once. She wanted to know what she looked like. She closed her eyes and went back to sleep as she had an early morning tomorrow.

Arnav and Khushi never thought that they would be separated but it happened. Even after staying away from each other for three years, they still, very much loved each other. They did not know what destiny had stored for them. Their ways had separated a long time ago but now Arnav Singh Raizada was determined to make their ways one again.
