Varun and Anjali are both happy to see each other after such a long time, and are relieved to see that their love for each other has not changed over the years.

Arnav is impressed to see how well khushi is handling the situation. She is overjoyed to see her parents and after years Arnav feels the warmth of having parents after seeing Khushi's father and mother. Khushi's father is a wise man, he understands that something must have happened because of which khushi has come to their house with Arnav. He is sure that Arnav has feeling for her and does not press the matter when Arnav refuses. But being the protective father, he warns Arnav to never hurt his daughter in anyway.

For Arnav. there can never be a dull moment with khushi around. She is surprised to see that he had brought Jalebies for her. Arnav is suprised to hear how much she has observed and undertstood him to tell what each of his facial expressions mean.

Anjali had thought that her chote would have completely broken after had happened but she is happy to see that khushi has worked her charm and taken his mind off the happenings of that day. Varun is surprised to see Arnav argue so much with Khushi.
