Meanwhile Rahul kidnap Pari, Vicky's fiance but Meera follows them. Later Rahul reveals the truth behind him and Sam and also why they tricked Maan. Meera and Pari promises to help them. NT too later join Meera and Pari. Meanwhile, Geet becomes pregnant with Maan's child and Dev, Vicky and Adi feels bad for Geet as she doesn't know anything. Maan is really happy and his love for her increases. Deva and Vicky too started loving her as her innocence capture their heart. Later on the way of Geet's check up she was shot by an anonymous person whose intention was to shoot Maan but missed his target as Geet came in front of him.
Geet is hospitalized and Doctors are operating on her to save her and baby. Meanwhile sam-Rahul and every other Khuranas come to hospital. Rahul asks Maan where Geet is but at that time Doctor comes and say that 'Mother and baby are fine' which made everyone confuse except Rahul. Rahul shouts at Maan for raping Geet and impregnating her. Rahul reveals the truth why they tricked Maan and Maan was shocked to know Rahul is Maan's brother and Veer their father only loved Rahul's mother not Maan's mother.
Sam request Maan to leave but he says that he loves Geet & his baby and his love for Geet is true. Sam accuses Maan that he is lying because he was a Casanova and had many girls and now behind Geet because to take revenge more on them. Maan tries to convince them but all in vain. Meera, NT and Pari broke up with Khuranas and join Sam-Rahul. Later, doctors says that Geet is normal but is suffering from Partial Amnesia and they have to make sure that Geet is not having any kind of stress.
Geet doesn't recognize Sam, Rahul, Maan and others. Sam says that she is her sister and Rahul is her jiju. When Geet enquirers who Maan is, Sam lies that Maan is her husband. Geet initially is shocked and doesn't accept Maan because she thinks he is too old as Maan is 30 and she is 18. Slowly she starts to Love Maan. Soon they become like normal couples who loves each other. Maan is always naughty and Geet loves it. One day Geet comes to know that Maan never married her and her labor pain starts. Before going to operation theater Geet's says murmurs about Maan and Sam-Rahul accuses him again.
Geet give birth to a baby boy, Armaan but she slips into comma. Before slipping into comma Geet asks Rahul to stay in peace with Khuranas. Later, when everyone where at home, the hospital catches fire and it is completely destroyed. Maan & others belives that Geet is dead.
4yrs later, in New York Geet appears as Sonz aka Sonia. She is having Live-Relation with Ron aka Raunak. Raunak is an underworld prince and have many illegal business. Jaisanth, Ron's brother is having some connection with Geet's change as Sonia. Ron loves Sonz very much. Sonia hates to be called as Geet. She believes that her family is fake and they never loved her. She doesn't know about Armaan as her memory is back. She even doesn't know that Maan Bhai is not her Bhai anymore. Her motive is to take Revenge from Sam-Rahul and another PERSON wants to hurt MSK through Geet.
In India, Maan is changed. He becomes workaholic and comes late at night and stays away from his home. He never spend time with his son Armaan bcz his son reminds him of Geet. Sam-Rahul tries to convince him that Geet forgave him and is peacefully at heaven but he denies it. In New York the PERSON is planning to bring Khuranas to that place.
