Part 5

After a week, in KC...

Maan was intently reading a file and Suraj was also busy with some file sitting in Maan's cabin to discuss if there are some problems...they were checking some of their Accounts as they had found out that the Accounting dept have been doing some unethical works...

There was a knock on the door...someone peeped in and asked

Guy-may I come in sir..???

Maan,without looking up from his file-hmm,come in...

Suraj turned back to check who it is...he smiled looking at the person, but the guy signaled him to keep quiet...

Guy-I guess you are quite busy sir...maybe I'll join you later...

Maan, finally looked up from his file n a smile crept on his face...

Maan-Abe saale,tujhe kabse permission ki zaroorat pad gayi...aaja...

Guy-mind your language sir...I am talking very politely with you...

Maan-look who's talking about minding my language...ab muh mat khulva... itna naaraaz hai mera dost mujhse,ki itne formally baat kar raha hai...

Another guy came from behind...he was bending down a bit,as if pleading and said

Guy 2-sir,aapke liye naya proposal laaye hai...will u plzz consider our project...

Maan-Adi,itna naatak mat kar...dunga abhi ek rakh ke...chal sidha khadaa ho...

Guy1-ohh, we r so obliged sir...you do remember our names...

Maan-oh common Shaan,ab itna bhi gussa mat ho...

Shaan-haa haa,busy to sirf tu hi reh sakta hai...hume to koi kaam nhi hote...humari Co. To losses me chal rahi hai na...

Maan-bass Shaan...itna gussa...baap re baap...lagta hai mujhe Annie ko bulana padega...

Shaan-oye,pagal hai kya...nhi nhi,koi zaroorat nhi hai... vo aaegi to meri to band baja degi...

Maan,laughed-tu Annie se kyu darta hai...???vo tujhe kuch nhi karegi... bachi hai bichari...

Shaan-bachi,tere liye hogi...meri to vo sweetheart hai...tu humare bich me mat pad...

Maan raised his hands surrendering...

Maan-tu jaane aur vo jaane...

Annie was not only Maan's doll but she was also doll of all these 4 ppl... they loved her a lot...they had been together since their childhood...they knew tht Maan's and Annie's parents have died (well not the truth)...so they treated her as their own little sis and princess... whenever she was in trouble,all her 4 bodyguards wer there for her... n to top it all,none of the other three had siblings...so they fulfilled their wishes of a sibling via Annie...

Shaan-hhiii Suraj...tujhe bhi isne kaam me vyast kar diya kya..????

Suraj-i thought i will go unnoticed here...puch mat,ye Maan SIR itna kaam dete hai na ki khatam hi nhi hota...Suraj stressed on the word SIR...

Maan gave him a deadly glare...

Suraj,standing behind Shaan said-aur dekh, aise dekh kar Jaan aadhi kar dete hai...

Maan-acha to me tujhe bohot kaam deta hu...aur kya kaha tune,Sir..???

Maan never allowed Suraj to call him sir...even though he was an employee over here...

Suraj-sir ko sir nhi to kya paav (leg) bulau...

Maan-acha...saamne to aa zaraa...Shaan k piche kyu chup raha hai...

Suraj-acha chal sorry...itna kya chidta hai sir bola to...boss hai na tu mera...

Maan,smiling-acha chal jaa maaf kiya...sab ke sab nautanki hai humare grp me...

Shaan-ha tu chodke,Mr. Maan Singh Khurana...

They all smiled n had a bone crushing group hug...

Their friendship had been for years...they were more like brothers than friends...

They sat in his cabin for sumtime chatting...Maan didn't have any meetings,so he dint mind it...they were having some fun...Shaan n Adi carry on an Interior designing Co. Which is in collaboration with Maan's Construction Co. In the sense,whichever project Maan got, their interiors was done by their Co.. it was one of the clauses in their contracts... they too did a great job... so in a way,they worked together...but not tht together... they had different offices...

Later Shaan n Adi left his office,planning to meet up someday,which never came,bcoz of Maan's busy schedule...

Maan n Suraj again shifted their attention to those previous files..they had already found out a lot of mistakes in their account books,which would lead them to be called as a fraudulent Co.

Maan-Suraj, I m firing all of them...n we r not gonna recruit new people...instead we are going for a firm to do our accounting from now on...I don't want this to repeat... I cant trust such people...search for a good firm which does these accounting stuff... paying them more would be better than ransacking my Co.'s reputation...

Suraj-even I was thinking the same thing...i hv already searched for sum good firms in Mumbai...but a Co. Which has been in form for few years is G & K Associates... there are some others too, but this one is the newest and best in their work...it is a Co. Of 2 ladies, who have been doing great job and leaving behind the best companies of earlier times...

Maan-ok then,arrange a meeting with them, checking my schedule...I don't want to take any risk relating to this...n set it with both the heads of the Co. n also tell Shaan about this... our employees were managing their accounts as well...so let him know about this,n tell him to be at the meeting too...

Suraj checks Maan's schedule and Shaan's schedule from him,which is full for the next 2 weeks...

Suraj-Maan, tumhara schedule to next 2 weeks tak full hai...wht do u want me to do...???

Maan-ok, keep these people till we get a meeting done with this Co. But keep a strict eye on them and keep on checking whatever they do...

Suraj-Ok Maan...I'll do it n let u know...

Suraj goes to his cabin... finds out the number from the site of their Co. n calls them...

Receptionist-hello, G & K Associates...

Suraj-hello, I m calling from Khurana Construstions...i wanted to schedule a meeting with the 2 heads of this Co. regarding the contracting of our Co's Accounting work...

Receptionist-just a minute sir...

Receptionist connects the call to TJ... n tells her abt the caller...TJ tells her to connect it...

TJ-hello sir, I m Tejasvi here...how can I help u...It wud be a pleasure to serve u...

Suraj liked the way the lady spoke...but he came out of his thoughts n said further...

Suraj-thank u mam...m Suraj here...I wanted to schedule a meeting with the 2 ladies, I mean the 2 owners of this firm...our boss want to meet them personally regarding our Accounting contract with your Co.

TJ-Sir, I would be glad to set the meeting but unfortunately, one of the head has just met with an accident and cant join before 2 weeks...

Suraj-Mam,that would be fine becoz my boss is also not free for the next 2 weeks...i wanted to schedule it after 2weeks only...

TJ-so this would be a great news for us... plzz hold the line for a moment,i'll let you know...

TJ immediately checked the schedule for the meeting and came back,

TJ- sir would it be fine on 20th of this month..????

Suraj checked on Maan and Shaan's schedule...he was fine with it...

Suraj-yes Mam...that would be perfect...

TJ-thnkx a lot sir...i will convey about this meeting to them...

Suraj-ok...so it is set then...i'll let Mr. Maan know about this...thnkx a lot again mam...

Both of them hung up the call...
