omg I know..it is so bad outside and I don't know the situations in india..but I know in US it is so hard for a graduate to find a job even with a higher degree studies...😭😭 What has the world gone too...and yeah experience counts now more then ever..that is the bad part...try to grab whatever you can! What kind of search tools do you gys have? over here is craigslist, hotjobs, moster...what do you use to find jobs?

actually it was not the same few months before...but then i was not so desperate to get a job...we had better opprtnties then...

yeah experience only counts now😭 yeah trying to get into some small companies , but this recession has made that too difficult... and also luck is a factor... naukri, monster, etc and they are some sites where you get info about the companies...grab the email id from there n send them resume...this s what we do...

😆 well about me, am not a trained singer..but people say that i sing well... but as am too shy to sing in front of people , not many know that i sing... and so i can also be categorized as a bathroom singer😆

You are right!

and also now, well at least here, if the resume doesn't look good then the employer don't even look twice at it again! Like i alwyas have to make sure everythign is aligned and spelled correctly...or else if they find one mistake they jsut put it away...ugh everythign matters nowadays😭
