actually narm go is combination of two words ek to "narm" = soft, secondly "go"... its from difficult urdu language... go comes from word "goya hona" that means baat kerna... to talk...speech... conversate...so when combine it forms nermi se baat kerna...or nermi se goya hona...and the person who talks with all softness😉😳 is called soft spoken and me softly spoken😳😳uff samajh aaya...?

that's in hindi na... i m telling her in urdu...infact the proper urdu term for the words she asking... nermi se baat kerne wali and as you say VINAMRATA AE BAAT KARNE WAALA/WAALI will be the explaination... not meaning... "nerm go" is proper term for it...
