As days passed his temper lessened and he thought of talking and sorting things with geet. Many questions cropped in his mind. Her behaviour had surprised him. Her not coming to london. Her training, her not making calls'. He wanted to know what was bugging her so badly' wat was the reason of her sudden behavioural change'. was she really interested in karan...did she really believed the gossip of her and sasha...

Detrmined to clarify things he returned home that day to find divorce papers clipped with the bangles. He touched the intricate design of the bangle with his thumb.

So this is what she wants' she is decided without talking with me and she has left too.. if this is what she wants im not gonna chase her'. Let her go I dnt need her too if she doesn't..

He shoved the papers in the drawer along with the bangles.

Each passing day no matter how much he tried he missed her. He tried to make an iron image to shield the pain in his eyes but his heart ached as he missed her in simple things. Every corner of home and office was painted with her memories'' this ache made him bitter. His anger knew no bounds. He was like terror in office and home. He was more surprised as he got very cold behaviour at home.. daadi, dev and even NT avoided and ignored him completely. It had grown to such extent that they left the room he came to. The separation and its pain brought the worst in him.

Geet felt cold lying in the bed alone.

This was her new home. Initially she shifted with Nuts untill she got her new job. Once she had the job she had set up a small household with help of her friends. It was nothing compared to what she had got since childhood or maan had given her but it was hers. She had earned it. But today she had sneaked her settled in this small one room kitchen. She had to leave overnite with all her things and come here as she didn't want even her friends toknow her whereabout. All this happened after that dreaded phonecall.

She closed her eyes and thought how things changed since she left him.

Every night she missed him. Every day she wished that he wud come searching for her and their baby and then she wud question him, shout on him, punish him' how she wud be angry and things she will make him do to ask forgivness. But everynight she wud realise that he wont come. He hadnt signed the papers. She had left the note for him to hand it over to karan. Which he never did. She didn't go asking as she never wanted to face him after that day. On one hand she hated him for running away on the other she still loved him.

She touched her soft bulge. I wanted so much for u.. but cant give u a father' we will be one strong family.. u and me' its not that ur father is bad but he has gone mad.

It was good that daadi presumed u r not there else every day that poor old woman wud have suffered.

Maan saw it was no use arguing with daadi and the whole house was in her support. But what was this pregnancy issue'. He needed to know. Later that day he got hold of dev.

Geet had fainted again so she was brought to the hospital second time in a week. Last time she had called daadi and NT but this time daadi wasn't informed. When daadi went there Dr refused to give patient details as geet had asked for this. Daadi ne geet se pucha to geet ne baby kebaare mein baat karne se refuse kar diya. She told she will take care of baby on her own and do the best possible. Daadi saw her admitted in the hospital and geet must have aborted the baby.

Geet was very weak. This miscommunication was hurting her from within. First time also she had fainted in office. Then when she left home she became more worked up with the work pressure and the emotional stress. She became more weak. Last time she fainted and nuts brought her to hospital. Dr told daadi that if she remains so weak it is better to rmove the baby than to carry on. The baby's health was being affected. Daadi wanted geet to come to us.. maybe our other house with daadi to take care of her. She refused. She even refused to go to her maternal place as she hasn't told them about ur impending divorce. This time daadi thinks she has taken the decision and aborted as she refused to tell daadi about it. She was admitted.

I will meet her now.

Where bro? she has left. Daadi and NT went today morning she has been discharged today.
