Part 12

Nani heard this and was happy..

While telling garima even shashiji realized mentioning the name arnav singh raizada..

He left from there and went straight to naniji..

Shashiji told her that khushi was his daughter..

Naniji told him that she had heard everything and was really happy about it'

Naniji "hume abhi toh sirf anjali ki chinta hai,unhone ro roke bura haal karliya hai..

Anjali came there and naniji told her about arnav and khushi..

For once she forgot her sorrow and said "acha khushiji apki beti hai?"

Anjali then told everyone that no one will tell khushi and arnav about the whole drama that had just happened..

Everybody is shocked..

Anjali "pehli baar itne saalon me hamare chote khush hain,hum unse ye khushi nahi cheen sakte'please nani samjhne ki koshish kijiye.."

They all agreed after much persuasion..

Next day arnav khushi and lavanya were in their car going back to delhi..

Arnav tells khushi "mai both khush hoon aj"

Khushi "aur ab khush hi rahenge hamesha.."

They looked at each other and gave assuring smile to each other'

Arnav drops khushi at her home

He reaches his'lavanya was still staying at RM'.

All others had reached home acting in front of arnav and lavanya that everything was alright..

At night khushi went out to take the clothes off that she had put out for drying'

While she was doing so..someone came from behind and held her..

She got scared and was about to shout'when arnav kept his hand on her mouth to stop her from shrieking..

Even khushis expression changed from fright to relief to see arnav'

Arnav was looking at khushi and said she looked beautiful in open hair..

They both sat down there on the cot..

Khushi "arnav ji ap yahan?

Arnav "aise hi tumhari yaad aa rahi thi.."

Khushi then saw his hand.."are ye kya hua?:"

Arnav "who mai peeche se aa raha tha na toh waha who taar(barbed wire) se chot lag gai "

Khushi got worried because his hand was bleeding

Arnav "khushi mai theek hun"

Khushi then tore a small part of the dupatta that she was wearing to tie on his hand'

She took his hand and puffed and went on.."ap bhi na..boht dard ho raha hai??"

Arnav was just looking at her quietly smiling and feelin happy at the thought that he was close to khushi..the pain really did not matter'

Khushi then tied the dupatta around his hand..

She said "arnav ji mai soch rahi thi..apne mujhe kal job hi bataya'apne zindagi me itna dukh dekha hai..par ap boht khushnaseeb hain ki apko anjali ji jaisi behn mili.."

Arnav "haan khushi mai di se sabse zyada pyar karta hoon..chahe kuch bhi ho jae mai unhe dukhi nahi dekh sakta..meri khushiyan aur sapne kuch nahi hain unki khushiyon ke samne"

Khushi kept her hand on his shoulder to show that she was with him no matter what'

They were sitting there looking at the stars'wen suddenly khushi jumped in excitement..poor arnav actually got scared'

"who dekhiye tootta tara'chaliye wish mangte hain"

Arnav said "mai ye sab cheezon me vishwas nahi rakhta.."

Khushi "ap bhi na,isme kuch naya nahi hai..laad governor" she mimicked him "mai bhagwan me vishwas nahi rakhta,mai ye nahi karta, mai who nahi karta.."

Arnav was looking at her amused..

She went on "chalie chup chap aankhen band kijiye.."

Arnav said "khushi tum bilkul pagal ho"

Khushi "haan,hume pata hai" she said very casually

They both closed their eyes and wished for their wishes to be granted..

Arnav"meri di hamesha khush rae'

They both opened their eyes'

Arnav stood up to leave

Khushi "ap ja rahe hain"

Arnav "yahin ruk jaun kya?"

Khushi "humne aisa toh nahi kaha..chaliye ab jaie and she said bye..and ran inside.."

Arnav left from there and on his way thinking that life was beautiful for the first time'

He reached home..anjali was sitting on the sofa crying..on hearing arnav coming she wiped her tears..

"are chote tum aa gae"

Arnav "di ap soye nahi"

She said "bas ja hi rahe the tum bhi aram karlo both thak gae hoge.."

Arnav sensed there was something wrong "di ap thik ho na?"

Anjali "haan chote hum bilkul thik hain..aur tumhare liye both khush bhi" she said ruffling his hair..

Arnav said "mai bhi di"

And hugged her..

She hugged him back'

Anjali thought to herself "hum chote ko nahi batakar theek kar rae hain na?"
