Arman sat on a coach and closed his eyes to take rest.rishima and angel sat either side of him touching his hand to give a support….nani,padma ,atul ,angel and dr.sashnak ..all were seated silently..waiting for the new guest of their family..the little prince golu.
After 2 hours ,OT's red light got off and dr.kirti came with a broad smile ….

All stood up seeing her….arman came running to her and held her hand with a rashness and asked…"riddhima kaisi hai dr. kirti? Usey hosh aa gaya? Koi problem to nahi? Wo thik hai na? mai jaun andar?
Dr. kirti : "please dr. arman ,calm down…riddhima is fine…abhi half an hour me hosh aa jayega..
Rishima came running: "mera golu aa gaya kirti aunty? Kaisa hai? mere jaisa ,ya pappa or mumma? Or nani or badi nani or anjali masi or angel or…
Atul : "hey bhagwan! Ye dono to bilkul pagal hain…dr. kirti bachche thik hai na?
Dr. kirti smiled …"bachche bilkul thik hain…unhe thodi der me riddhima ke paas denge..aap tab ja sakte hain unke paas…
Anjali (eagerly):" dr.kirti dono ladke hain kya?
Dr. kirti : "no,ek baba aur ek baby….
Arman (surprisingly): "bachche!!! But mere to ek hi hain!! 2 kahan se aa gaye!!
Dr. kirti teased him : "aap riddhima ko bahut jyada pyar karte hain na,isliye riddhima ne aapko ek ke sath ek free gift diya hai…
All started to laugh on kirti's words…but arman was standing like a statue,opening his mouth in a big "O"….
atul : "arman ,mooh to band kar……hathi (elephant) ghush jayega..
arman was stammering…."but…lekin aisa kaise hua!!! mujhe to pata hi nahi chala!! Ye kaise hua!!
now dr. shashank teased him…"dr. arman!! Aap meri riddhima par saq (suspect) kar rahe hain?
Arman shaked his head in a big no…."nahi sir…mai riddhima par saq! Kabhi nahi sir…but!!
Atul hit on his back…"isliye to baar baar kah raha tha ki reports dekh le….
Dr. kirti smiled.."agar aapko free gift nahi chahiye to mai rakh leti hun,keun subhankar,hai na….
Dr.subhankar ,who came out just, answered…"sure kirti…
All burst out laughing but arman's mind was totally blank…still in a big shock!!…could not believe what was happening…
atul : "subhankar sir,arman to gaya kaam se…uske dimag ka fuse ud gaya hai…
dr. subhankar and kirti laughed seeing arman's situation.
Atul : "ma'm ,aap hunste hue bhaut achchi lagti hain….
Dr. kirti frowned…."dr. atul!!
Dr. subhankar (with a fake anger) : "yes dr. atul! Aapki itni himmat kaise hui! Hum dono aaj bhi aapke senior doctor hain...
Nurse came….."sir,patient ko cabin me shift kar diya gaya hai…
Dr. kirti : "dr.arman…ab aap riddhima ke paas ja sakte hain…aur aaplog thori der baad jayenge…
All : "ok….

Arman came gently in riddhima's cabin…he sighed to see riddhima's pale face..she was looking very weak…arman sat beside her on a chair and took riddhima's hand in his…he caressed her hand softly and whispered…"thanks basket…
Riddhima's lips trembled…"arm—aa—n….ar—ma---aa—n……
Arman caressed her hair…."haan jaan,mai tumhare paas hi hun…pain ho raha hai?
Riddhima opened her eyes and uttered : "bachche kaise hain?
Arman :"bahut khubsurat…bilkul meri basket jaise…
Riddhima's lips parted…"tumne dekhe?
Arman : "nahi,mai apni basket ke sath dekhunga...but mai janta hun humare angels bahut khubsurat honge…
Riddhima whispered : "tum gussa ho?
Arman touched her cheeks…"keun bhala?
Riddhima :"maine chupaye na…
Arman smiled : "mai bahut khush hun basket…humare ghar aur ek princess aayi hai..but tumne chupaya keun itni badi baat?
Dr. kirti came…"dr. arman,riddhima ka jyada baten karna thik nahi…usey rest karne den ..aur mai batati hun riddhima ne keun nahi bataye…aap uske prgnancy ke baad se hi itne nervous they,tensed they,usey dar tha ki twins sunkar aap aur dar jayenge,isliye usne aapko nahi bataya aur sonography se mana kiya …
Arman : "but dr. kirti,sonography to is situation me jaruri tha na.
Dr. kirti smiled.."aap bhul rahe hain ki riddhima khud bhi ek dr. hai..usne har month ki sonography karwai…..aur usey pata tha ki surgery karni paregi,bas aapko nahi bataya...
Rishima came running …."pappa! pappa!! Aapne golu aur choti princess ko dekha!bahut khubsurat hain! Chalo na pappa…
Arman : "rishima,mumma se nahi milna?
Rishima came towards riddhima and kissed her cheeks…"thanks mumma..but abhi hum baat nahi karenge..aapko rest ki jarurat hai…
Riddhima smiled and said…"meri princess,gift pasand aaya?
Rishima stretched her hands….."bahuuut!! aap duniya ki sabse best mumma ho..maine 1 gift mangi,aapne 2 diye…love you so much…"
Atul,anjali,nani,padma,dr.sashank and angel came there…they were wishing riddhima,talking about the twins and laughing while telling to riddhima about arman's situation .arman was seated silently holding riddhima's hand in him…
he mumbled…"thanks basket!…thanks a lot!…tumne mere saarey sapne purey kar diye…maine jitna manga,usse bahut jyada tumne mujhe diye…I love you my life…I love you!!"
