Part 7

Geet went back into her room and thought of a plan. She needed two plans one to save her Maan and one to make her Maan say the words he needs to. But how was the big question.

'He is such a dhakkan' She thought to herself. One bright idea came into her head and thought this might be the best way. Maan came into the room with breakfast and Geet sat at the table pretending to be in deep thought.

'Geet breakfast' Maan pointed at the table as he saw Geet lost in thoughts.

'hmm' She said and picked up a knife and started cutting her food. Maan looked at her lost in deep thought and wondered what was wrong.

'Geet what happened?' he asked her genuinely. Geet laced the concern in his voice.

'Nothing Maan just thinking about something' She said with a little act in her voice.

'anything to share?' He asked.

God this was annoying Maan is still talking to her like she was in a business meeting and she was a client.

'Dumbass' Geet muttered.

'Sorry what was that?' Maan asked.

'DUMBASS' She yelled 'You understand now' She said annoyed clearly.

Geet was annoyed and had enough.

'EVERYONE LISTEN TO ME' She screamed as soon as she got to the reception. The guests, staff, and residents turned to look at her. She got up and stood at the reception desk knocking over a vase.

'I'm sorry dude I'll pay for that' She smiled at him. 'oh and here he comes, the man of the moment' She smiled. Maan had arrived his eyes widened at what the hell Geet was doing.

'Geet get down now please your going to fall' He said walking to her.

'Stay away from me Mr Khurana' She yelled. Meera and Yash ran down to and wondered what the hell was going on.

'Geet are you drunk?' asked Yash. She showed her 32C Teeth to him and laughed.

'I was last night because of this moron' She said pointing at Maan. Could things be anymore embarrassing.

'Guys listen, last night I was drunk, I was so out of it. I was so not myself, dancing on the road and running like a free bird and guess what this man did' She said. The witnesses turned to look at Maan.

'What Geet get down now this is enough' Meera hissed at Geet.

'Chill Meers, He did nothing. I mean can there ever be a more decent man than him? He married me, when I was stood up. He took care of me when I hurt myself. He always stopped me from falling. He never let me cry and he always always fights with me. Even in my state yesterday this man, my husband didn't touch me. And I want to ask why? Why isn't he like other guys? Everyone was shocked. Parents covered there childrens ears.

The crowd cheered and laughed and hip hip hurrayed.

'I Love You Geet' He said after the applause finished.

'I'.' She started when there was a bang and everyone screamed and she looked down and saw her top was covered with blood. Maan was shocked and looked at her.

'GEEET' He said 'someone call an ambulance' He screamed. 'come on Geet stay with me' Geet looked at Maan and smiled and then saw the guy who was standing over Maan's head. He smirked at her and Geet's eyes widened. He waved her a goodbye and he left. 'Maan if its my first time and last time to say it then' Geet said whimpering whlist Meera held a cloth to her wound..

'NO, NOT NOW NOT LIKE THIS NEVER GEET. YOU WILL SAY IT WHEN YOUR IN MY ARMS FIT FINE AND HEALTHY UNDERSTOOD DON'T YOU DARE DIE ON ME' He shouted at her. The ambulance came and took Geet and the others into ambulance.

'Geet nothing will happen I swear. You still have to say those words to me' He said holding her hand tight.

Geet tried to speak as the nurses and ambulance crew tried to work on her.

'D'Dhan'Raj Kaa..Kaapoor' she said before passing out. They took her into the opertation theatre as soon as they were in the hospital.

Maan Meera and Yash waited outside. Maan sat with a glum look on his face and Meera and Yash started talking.

'Dhanraj Kapoor?' Yash said shocked 'He is the same guy that killed Geet's parents and with Geet's testimony he got into jail'

'Oh no, if he finds Geet has survived. He might try again' Meera said. 'let me call my security company' She said as she owned the countries massive security.

'Listen up guard this entire hospital including Mr Maan Singh Khurana and Geet Singh Khurana. She is in the operation theatre at the moment' Meera said as 30 of them arrived. Nothing is too small for her friend.

Yash called his detective agency and the police who started to scout for Dhanraj. Both then went to Maan and put a hand on his shoulder.

'don't worry Maan, Geet will survive' He said putting his hand on his shoulder.

'Off Course she will because the bullet just missed every major organ and artery. I tell you young man your wife is a lucky woman' The doctor came out with a smile on his face. Maan gleamed up.

'can I see her?' He asked.

'not now as she is resting but in an hour or two' The doctor said.

Following two hours went long as he waited for Geet to wake up. She awoke and called Maan and he was by her side

'Maan, are you okay?' She asked.

'I'm fine sweetheart' He said taking her hand.

'I was so scared' She admitted. Maan kissed her forehead. 'I know I was scared if something happened to you'I would' Geet put her hand on his mouth and nodded no.

'I Love You Mr MORON' She smiled at him. Maan smiled back to.

'I Love you too Mrs Moron' He smiled

'hold me please Maan' She said. Maan held her in his arms with half his body lying on the bed and that's how both of them fell asleep that night.

IN THE HOTEL

'You bas***d, I told you to kill Maan why did you shoot Geet' Archana said yelling at Dhanraj.

'sorry sweetheart, but that Geet cost me my daughter you know.' Archana smacked him and said

'your daughter is gone but your god damn son loves Geet. He wants her at any costs. He wants to bed her every night brand his name on her. Isnt that the better option of revenge if our son marries the Handa girl and we also get all her money' Archana said. Yes Dhanraj was Dev's father. Archana and him and a son Dev who by passed as Maan's brother and Rajvir son.

'Yes that's right. And Dev will tame her down by the way the bullet was for Maan but Geet saw and pushed Maan slightly to the left and it hit her. But I've heard news that she alive and it missed her arteries and major organs'

'yes dad nothing better happen to your daughter in law who will be forced to ride me all day long and night after marriage' He said. 'I can't wait to brand my name on her' He smirked. All smirked evilly.

'guys you better leave now' He said. Dev and Archana left the room and took the next flight back home.

3 hours later the door knocked on Dhanraj's door.

He opened the door and infront of him was police, the indian secret army and service all sent by Yash.

'Mr Dhanraj Kapoor' the person in charge asked.

'Yes. Oh police come to arrest me again for killing hmm countless people, and drugs and stuff, you will never prove it. Even that Geet girl' He mocked them.

'we don't need to prove it.'

BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG

Dhanraj was shot dead. 'we already have the proof the person in charged said' They took Dhanraj finger prints in many items of illegal use and bomb which was planted in the hotel by them.

The next day news showed news that Dhanraj was shot dead in self defence he was told to surrender but did not. He killed many people those who were scared of Dhanraj due to his death threats also opened up and all of Dhanraj empire was taken and all his men were arrested. Many turned into state witnesses as they didn't want to die like Dhanraj.

Dev and Archana were livid with the news. They were angry.

'So guys are you happy?' they turned and saw Dadima there. 'Bura ka anth bura hi hota hai' she said.

'Dadima'you here'

'not only dadima me as well' Geet said from behind dadima. Geet and Maan had returned the following day back home. He went to office whlist Geet said she going temple with Dadima. Meera body gurads did not leave them.

'Geet Maaji ap kaise ho' Archana started to act like a good person.

'cut the crap sasuma. I know your dirty games with your son. And I'm telling you one thing, Maan will know the truth soon and I will make sure of that'

'This is an old game, Geet, your young at it. Maan trusts me to hell and back' Archana smirked.

'Really, old games, but a new generation. Maan will know, because Dadima will help me'

'like this huh?' Dev said as he pushed dadima and she fell down the steps. The body guards rushed to help them.

'Guys Dadi fell help her please' Dev mocked. Archana smiled evily. Geet glared at them and left with Bodyguards and Dev to hospital.
