Standing at the door he looked at her working.He was irritated.He just want to got to her.Jerk her closer and want to say I love you.Closing his eyes ,he mutter up the courage and go to to her.
"Riddhima we should head back to home"
"Arman not now I am kind a busy right now..you go to home I will come late home tonight"
Closing his eyes in sheer frustration he says:"You are always late" He turned around and then turn back and say"I think Riddhima we both...we both are just not meant to be..we are just not"
Riddhima kept staring at his retreating back.His words kept ringing in her ears.We are not meant to be what does he mean.
"Dr.Riddhima the patients heart beat in dropping"For a moment she shrug her thoughts away and went to her patient.

Hitting the bench in frustration he sat on it.It has been two damn years that they were in relationship.First he was not ready to accept the love blooming between them and now she.From past 6 months she had engrossed herself in work.She don't have time for him.Its has been long time they slept together,they eat together.Heck! they don't even now talk to each other.The more they ..not they now only he try to less the distance between them, more distance became between them.First he thought that now may be its the time he should confess his feeling for her.But now the question is how?? When ever he try to talk to her,She told him that she is busy and move away from him.What's wrong with her?? What wrong he had done? These questions kept surrounding his brain.
Sighing he moved his hands through his hairs.And was about to get up when he felt a pair of hand hugging him from back.It was not Riddhima ,he knows that.He was about to hold the hand and move the person in front when he heard:"So she again shut you off huh??Come on arman give me one chance.I have all the time in world for you.
"Not again" muttering under his breath he jerked her hands away and was about to leave.When she came in front of him and stop him keeping her hands on his chest.Sighing in disgust he again jerked her hands and say:"Maya stay away from me.And I am telling this you last time"
Maya"Come on arman till when you be her arm candy.Oh come on don't give me that disgusting look.All the people here know that she is just using to lessen her pain and when she will be over her pain she will leave you.You are just being used by her"
Moving closer to him.She moved her hands on his chest and say"Leave her.She is still mourning over that Sid.and she is just using you.Leave her and come to me"
Arman kept looking at her."She is still mourning over Sid" only these words kept running in his mind.Now he knows the reason behind Riddhima strange behavior from past six months.Now he know what triggered her.He just run from here to Riddhima cabin.But nurse informed she had left.Thanking her he quickly too left for home.
One the way he keep on cursing him.How can he not get her.It was obvious that she had been behaving weirdly since that surgery.In that surgery she lost her patient Derek.How can't he don't see and understand that she never talk about that surgery again.That surgery must have triggered her memories.She had been feeling guilty all over again.She had been considering herself for Sid's death.How can't he understand.

Entering into the home he saw lights on.That's mean she still not slept and they can talk.Putting his over coat over the day bed.He went to her room.He had just move two steps when he heard her voice:"Arman you home.Come i had prepared dinner.".
Arman nods and sit on the chair.Riddhima served him the dinner.They both eat the dinner in silence.Arman want to talk but seeing the calm look on her face.He just side the topic for while.

Laying on the bed.He think about Riddhima .How they both had got closer in these two years.They had been living together since one year .In start Riddhima was just another time past for him.He was dating her for sake of it.But from the time she move in his house he realized she is the one.The missing piece in his life is she.And now nothing on the world can separate them he will make sure about that.But firstly he had to talk to Riddhima and try to remove her insecurity.He turn left and saw the door of his room opening and Riddhima entering into room with pillow.
"Can I sleep with you tonight" Riddhima ask.
"Well It depends... you know"He replied mischievously.
Riddhima through the pillow on his face.She lay on the bed with her head on his shoulder.Completely engulfing him in her arms.Arman smile and held her stronger.
Both close their eyes to sleep.But sleep was far away from them.Arman kept caressing her back.While Riddhima make unknowing pattern on his chest.Finally when the silence became unbearable between them.
Arman slightly move on he making her lay beneath him.Riddhima held his shoulder.Usually she move away but tonight she was kind a asking for it.Arman move closer to her lips.His lips touching her feminine one.Riddhima slightly move up taking his lips into her kissing him gently.Arman kissed her gently.Today was something strange in their touch.One realize his love for her while other want to show her love.
Arman left her lips and looked into her eyes and whisper "I love you"
Riddhima "you what"
Arman peck her lips and say"Shh"
Laying on his side he held her hand tightly.He kissed her hair and ask:"Riddhima what had happen to you??"
Riddhima know about what he talking but she try to not talk about it.
"Arman tomorrow is your first solo surgery.I am very happy for you"
Arman again come on top of her and held her hand and say"No ignoring today.tell me what had happened to you.Riddhima don't shut me off please."
Riddhima close her eyes.She move up and peck his lips.She try to speak but nothing come out of her mouth.
Arman look at her and tightening his hods on her hands he nudge her to speak.
"Arman I am not worth of you.I am a mess.I try to leave you .But today when I heard you saying you that we..are.sigh.We are not meant to be..My heart stop for a while.I had lost Sid,I don't want to loose you I just don't'"
They both sat on bed.Arman held her shoulder and say:"Riddhima tonight speak and let the pain go.Sid had left you.Now its high time we should move on. know you might think that I am sounding rude.But I can't see you in this state any more.I can't"
Riddhima kept her head on his shoulder and say:"Arman Six months ago Derek died because of my fault.I saw his wife crying.Derek know that he will not be able to survive.He told his wife to move on after him.The..The same..The same way Sid told me.He too died because of me.I could have saved Sid but I didn't.Its because my stupidity he died and it was because of me Derek died and I am scared.."
"That I will die too.. hmm??"Arman cut Riddhima and say in between holding her cheek"listen Riddhima and listen me clearly Sid didn't died because of you.He had met with an accident.He need surgery and you were just an intern.You try to save him.You tried but it was his fate ,he died.And Derek he was going through a swear heart problem.We all and even Derek and his wife know that we will not be able to save him.But again you and chief tried right but it was his fate he didn't make it and died.In both cases none was your fault.Why you are guilty.And Derek was right when he told his wife to move on because it her right and same goes to you it is your right to move on.Sid was right Riddhima .Please Riddhima let the past go"
He left her cheeks and move away.After few minutes of silence he moved to her holding her cheeks.His breath mingle with.His lips touching her"If you are scared for me ,then be scare.I am here to remove your fear.Riddhima I will be here for you even if you want even if you don't.I am gona love you.I am gone be there for you.Not going to leave and not going to cheat on you Because you are the one for me.And I love you"
Tears trickle down her eyes.Arman kiss those tears away.He kissed her fore head ,he cheeks and then he took her lips into his.Kissing her passionately he remove her night shirt while Riddhima remove his shirt.Making her lay on the bed.He again stare into her eyes and whisper I love you.She moved her her fingers on his lips and whisper back I lo...The words never come out of her mouth as he took again her mouth...

Caressing arman hairs she recall her life events.She loved Sid and he left her.Now she love Arman.Her life took such a serious turn but she has now arman.Covering Arman properly with quilt.She put his shirt on and went outside the room into balcony.
"I know you would come" She Smiles hearing the words.
"Sid how are you??"She asked him sitting on the swing.
He too come and sit beside her and say:"You looking tired.I so hate that guy.He is taking my place..but you know what I am happy for you"
He pecked her lips and saw tears in her eyes.He remove those tears and say:"Hey...Hey why are you crying.You know I hate your tears"
Riddhima kept her head on his shoulder and cried"Sid I loved you.I loved you from our high school days.I freaking loved you.I planned my whole life with you a perfect life.You were my first love, my first kisser.I gave myself to you.And now I have to place Arman in all my dreams.Why this happened why?? I killed you"
Sid stand up and look at her and ask:"You love him?"
Riddhima nod her head and say:"But not more than you"
Sid come and sit in front of her.Holding her hands he say:"Riddhima I am here because of you.Its the time to let me go and move on with arman.But remember one thing I loved and I love you "
Riddhima move closer to him and kissed him.Sid broke the kiss and stand again.
"Its the time to.."
"Riddhima what you doing here.Come inside."Sid was about to leave when they both heard Arman's voice.
Sid look at Riddhima and say:"One work left"
Sid went to arman stand beside him and look at Riddhima :"I hate this guy Riddhima he taking my pace"
Then he stood in front of Arman and say :"Dude I am dead.But if you try to hurt her I promise my ghost will not leave you"
Riddhima smile at his line.Arman stand their confused seeing Riddhima smile
Arman move closer to her and held her by her shoulder and say:"Why you smiling"
Riddhima shrug her shoulder and Pecking his lips hug him.
Sid smile at her and waved her good bye...
