PART 15

Next morning.

Maan left for Mumbai. RD & Vishal went on Site. Before leaving Maan told Reema to take care of Geet & inform immediately if anything goes wrong with Geet's health as he will return back by evening.

Mr. Kapur was waiting for Maan in his Office at Andheri. Around 10.00am Maan reached Mr. Kapur's office.

Mr. Kapur : Morning Mr. Khurana, & yes how is Mrs.Khurana??

Maan : Morning Mr. Kapur, ya Geet is fine now.

Mr. Kapur : Mr. Khurana, I didn't expect that our project will complete so early though bit late but fine everything went right & thank you very much.

Maan : Mr. Kapur, I should say thanks to you, coz of this project I am here & got which I was expecting in my life. (still his memory is not back).

Mr. Kapur : Mr. Khurana, I always wanted to handle this project by you & Geet and see its done. Rest with your health do take care, don't think much & take stress, coming to your settlement.

Maan : Thank you Mr, Kapur, yes I will take care & 2ndly regarding your new project in Delhi we will discuss & final it there only & you can transfer to my office account.

Mr. Kapur : Ok.

They both started discussing about the new project & meeting lasted for near about 2-3 hrs.

After having lunch, Maan was busy with the papers to be signed in between he receives a call from Geet.

Geet : Have you had your lunch?? Meeting his over??? When are your coming back?? All questions in a row..

Maan : slowly 1 by 1 shona, lunch is over, just signing the papers and then back, by the time take care & don't be tense ok.

Geet : Ok but come soon, bye.

Maan : ok bye

After finishing all the pending work he left for Khandala it was already 4.00 in the evening.

At Night

It was 9.00 pm, Geet was waiting for Maan desperately & got worried as to y he didn't come yet. She was trying his Cell but reply was not reachable. Even Vishal was trying his cell but same reply he got at last they decide to call Mr. Kapur. He told that Mr. Khurana left office at 4.00pm by 7.00-7.30 he should have reached there must be some traffic problem & also told Geet to stay cool & calm don't get panicked & as soon as he reaches there give me a call.

Geet : Ok Mr Kapur.

Geet was thinking a lot, if traffic problem atleast he should give a call & almost by 8.00 – 8.30 hould have reached home its already 9.00. Many questions were going in her mind & when it came at one point- had he met with any accident no this can't be happened again thinking of this she collapsed. Reema was standing near her only but within flash of light Geet fell down. Reema & Vishal managed to take her to bed & called the Doctor, she told them to admit her immediately as Geet has to keep under observation due to BP shoot up.

Reema & Vishal took the decision to admit Geet in hospital which was most priority, they told doctor that Maan sir has gone to Mumbai & not yet back.

At the same time Maan was in his thought as to y Geet didn't call him till now is she alright, she must be angry, for not reaching in time but this traffic hell out of this, its already 9.30 & he took out his cell to give a call only to find that due to low battery his cell was switched off… to himself.. Oh no, yeh bhi abhi hona tha he immediately kept his cell for charging.

Meanwhile Reema & Vishal completed the formalities with the help of doctor.

Geet was still unconscious….

Around 10.00pm Vishal took a last chance to make a call to Maan, luckily the line was clear & Maan could take the call.

Maan : Vishal bolo…

Vishal : unable to talk properly – Maan sir, aap kaha ho?? Jaldi aane ki koshish kare Geet didi ko hospital me admit kiya hai.

Maan : Geet ko hospital me par kyu kya hua????

Vishal : Aap hospital aao jaldi..

Maan : Ok bas 20mins hospital pounchta hu.

Both of them were waiting for Maan. Geet came to sense & was asking for Maan, fear runned in her mind is everything fine. She called the nurse who was next to her & enquire about her baby, nurse told her everything is fine but doctor will tell you more & went to call the doctor.

Reema asked the nurse about Geet, she told her she has come to sense & doctor will check her.

Maan reached hospital, he was about to ask the Room no.15 he saw Vishal.

Maan : Vishal, Geet kaisi hai or usske pas koun hai.

Vishal : Actually Sir mujhe yeh medicines lane ke liye kaha tha, wohi lene jaa raha hu, aap Room No. 15 me jayiye, Reema hai.

Maan : thik hai, tum medicines leke aao.

Reema went out as soon as Maan enter the room he was happy to see smile on Geet's face but still worried for her. Coming near he hug her only word came out from his mouth… Geet … tears rolled down from his eyes.

Geet : Maan.. cool doctor just checked & she told me everything is fine not to worry, she has kept a message for you please meet her. By the way y were you late?? Mr. Kapur told me you left around 4.00pm.

Maan : Geet just keep quiet and take rest we will discuss on this topic when we go home ok till then I will meet doctor & come. He told Reema to sit near her.

Doctor's Cabin.

Doctor : Oh Mr. Khurana please sit.

Maan : Doctor is everything is fine with Geet & baby.

Doctor : Mr. Khurana, both are fine now, it was due to stress. You have to be more careful, as she has already gone through first miscarriage right.

Maan was numb for a min. on what doctor said.

Maan : Yes doctor

Doctor : That's fine Mr. Khurana, I told you this coz due to stress or heavy work miscarriages do happen, so I told you to take care. Both are fine now. Will do her last checkup tomorrow morning then I will discharge her.

Maan was moving towards Geet's room, he was thinking on what doctor said about miscarriage??? Kab kaise, abhi tak kuch yaad kyu nahi aa raha hai?? Pata nahi kismat ko kya manzoor hai?? Its better to ask Geet but doctor said not to give her stress anymore, oh Dadi after reaching Delhi I will ask her.

He enters in room Geet was sleeping & didn't want to distrub her sitting next to her taking her hand in his hands laid down his head on bed.

Next Morning..

Maan Keeping his one hand on her belly & kiss her

Maan : Morning shona & my baby too.

Geet : Morning Maan have you met doctor, what did she told.

Maan : hold on geet doctor is coming to check you again & then we are back home.

Doctor examine her & said she can go home.

At Home

After reaching home Geet told Maan to call Mr. Kapur & tell him about yesterday's incident.

Maan : Ok.. I will give him a call you take rest.

RD & Vishal were at site.

Reema decided to have something special for dinner,as everyone was happy to know Geet & baby were fine.

RD was invited for dinner. After having their dinner all of them sat in verandha discussing about yesterday later on RD left for his home.

Geet was in her room waiting for Maan, as she was angry on him for yesterdays late & the reason was not known to her clearly. As soon as Maan entered in room

Geet : Maan ab batao kal aapko late kyu hua??

Maan : Oh abhi tak bhuli nahi. Ok due to traffic. First of all wish me fast, hugging her from back.

Geet : wish you y???

Maan : for completing the project & getting new project from Mr. Kapur.

Geet turned around and kissed his lips, it turned out to be a passionate one n all of silent.

Maan : what happened, y r u quiet now??

Geet : nothing just thinking of yesterday, (hugging him) Maan please don't do this again, atleast u should have gave a call.

Maan : Geet i was fustrated by the traffic & when tried to call u, battery was down so couldn't make it. I promise it will not be repeated again... by the way your kiss sounded to be more sweeter than earlier hug her tightly & from now onwards I have to be happy with your kisses only.

Geet : Puzzle, I didn't get you?

Maan : tapped on her head…doctor told to take care, kissing on her neck.

Geet : oh got it so now i don't have to worry & was about to run he caught & pulled her towards himself, her head was on his chest, Maan whispering in her ears Mrs. Geet Maan Singh Khurana its not so easy to run away from me.

Both were silent for a long time looking into each others eyes as if their eyes & breath was the link to feel their touch...

After the project is completed Maaneet will be leaving for Delhi.
