Geet is feeling guilty...and this is right...she doesn't know his feelings...and she also doesn't love him...she has taken advantage of his situation...u can see in this way many such incidents happen in hospitals that a girl is lying in hospital in coma state and sometimes doctor and sometimes wardboys rapes the girl...same here what if he is a man...so she is guilty...

Now who has come...it can't be father I think...he may be any classmate or some gunda who may be eveteasing her in collage or road.
