And She Left
Next morning, it was her flight in evening. But before that Ananya Malik had arranged a Lunch for Malhotra's.
The Malhotra's were suppose to have their lunch with Maliks and then both the families had plan to drop her at the air port for the See Off.
At Malik's Mansion :
Armaan take a day off from his work, and now he was in the kitchen since he woke up and get his breakfast. And was eating up brain of his mom, Ananya Malik instead getting irritate was constantly smiling on his cute acts, he was checking each and every dish by taking up bowl's lids.
She never saw his this side, this was new to her, his son was changing a bit, he was turning into a loving person from a workaholic.
Armaan a bit confuse and shy : Mom ! wooo,,, have you prepare Gajjar ka Halwa ? actually wooo , ummm she loves Gajjar ka Halwa.
Seeing his concern towards Shilpa, Ananya smiled on her loving son and pulled his dimpled cheeks.
Ananya : yes son, its already ready. I have ask her about her favorite dishes by calling her early in the morning. Now dn't worry about any thing.
And C'mon go and get your self change, halat dekhi hai apni ?
She said this in a wondering tone as she just look over his getup.
Armaan shifted his mind towards his getup ' he was still in his night dress , shorts and the vest ' with a li'l rough unshaved face.
He smiled on his over consciousness about lunch & hugged his mom, saying Thank You Mom, he left to freshen up.
Ananya was surprised by his action.
Ananya confusedly : saying Thank you for what Junior Malik ?
He heard her voice behind him, replying to her he said : For Everything Mom.
Now Ananya got his meaning he was basically pointing towards his engagement with Shilpa + for this lunch , on which atleast he'll be able to watch her for constantly few hours before her flight.
At Malhotra's Mansion
Padma : Shilpa ! Shilpa '.. C'mon beta we are getting late.
Shilpa : coming Maa, just gimme a minute please.
Padma to shashank : see I'm all ready now your daughter is making it late.
Shashank chuckles and said : its okay, its her right after all she is the Guest of Honor today.
Suddenly his forehead occupied by lines of worries. And then he said to Padma :
I'm worried about her, how she'll manage to stay there,alone.
Padma : Dn't worry Shashank she can manage she is bold enough. Well by the way Mr. Malhotra she will not be alone her friends will be there too, Bhool gye kia it's a group study visit. So dn't worry they all will stay safe with eachother.
Or wesay bhi fikar na karyn humari bachi bhari ho gai hai ab toh shadi bhi honay wali hai uski. So dn't worry.
Shahsank takes a deep breath and said : yeah she is grown up now. It feels like just yesterday when she was born, and doctors said us that in future we cannot conceive another baby, the moment was so scary Padma, believe me, if Shilpa wouldn't be there for us then what would had happened to us Padma, ? this thought make me shiver with fear. Thanks God he gave us a brilliant child like our baby. We only have her, and now she'll leave us soon.
Padma: Shahank it's a universal law every daughter has to left her house for her new life with her life partner.
Shahank shook his head in agreement and then raised his one brow saying to his wife :
Padma ! mai soch raha tha, kyun na hum Armaan ko hei idhar lay ayen
it'll be a fun to have him there in this house, and my daughter will too stay here then. Ghar damaad bana kar lay atay hain, Nai ? achay rahay ga na ?
Padma : Shashank aap bhi na '. While shashank laughs on his own cracked joke.
In the mean time shilpa arrived near to them and seeing them talking and laughing she too smiled on her cute parents.
Shilpa : I'm ready, Chalain ? wait, wait, wait,
Padma ans shashank stopped in their way on her voice.
Shilpa : you guys were talking about Armaan na ?? what you were talking ?
Padma : hmmm achaa, Armaan ka naam to bht jaldi sunai dia or wo jo hum kab say bula rahay thay wooh ?
Shilpa got nervous on Padma's statement and said shyly : Maa, there is nothing like that.
Shashank laughs on seeing his daughter blushing. And said to Padma : stop teasing my angel.
Padma smilingly : okay I'll not, we should leave now, they must be waiting for us. Its already late.
Shashank : yeah sure, Cmon shilpa lets go bacha, ( he give some instruction to servant and ask him to load the suit cases into the car )
And they left for Maliks.
Back at Malik's Mansion
Where as ananya was looking briefly at all the arrangements for the last time and takes of a breath of relief after satisfying with everything.
Billy comes from behind ,
Billy Malik : All set darling ? aan aan dn't worry everything is perfect.
Ananya : yeah I know but, I want it to be super perfect after all my daughter in law is coming to her home first time.
Billy smiled on her consciousness about the lunch. Cz he knows in a very short time Ananya had create a great bond of love with Shilpa, and she is more like her daughter to her.
After sometime Malhotra's were now at Malik's Place, Billy and Ananya welcomed them.
Ananya meets Shilpa and giver her a hug and kissed her forehead said : Welcome beta.
Shilpa smiled on her warm welcome and hugged her back saying : Thank you Anty.
Ananya : not anty call me Mom like Armaan,
Shilpa smiles more widely on hearing his name and said : Ok Mom.
Mr. Malhotra asked about Armaan from Mr.Malik : Where is Armaan ?
Billy Malik: Armaaan''I guess he is upstairs in his room, must be coming now.
Armaan was coming down from stairs when he heard some voices coming from the sitting area, he smiled to himself as he was sure that his in laws have arrived, he proceeded towards the sitting area, where all were already busy in their chit chat,
Armaan took blessings and love from Mr & Mr.s Malik. His gaze meet with her soon to be wife, she was already observing him.
Armaan with a shy smile : Hi
Shilpa with the same shyness reply him into a small Hi.
Just a li'l word convo they share with eachother as both were aware of the fact that all eyes were now on them.
Shilpa was already checking him out when he entered in the room, he was dressed in a black jeans with a black shirt with upper two button open as usual,, with wet hair which were now staying on his forehead. Seems like he just had a shower and now with all refreshing looks he was creating magic on her senses.
Presence of each other was making their heartbeats to run fast.
Soon all of the Men in the room get busy into the business talks where as Ananya excused heself and left for kitchen to set the table for lunch, Padma followed Ananya in order to help her.
Where as shilpa was left alone, as all the 3 men were soo busy in their business talk, although Armaan was busy in talking with other two men but still his gaze was fix on her, he was having his eyes on her from the corner of his eyes, seeing her leaving the sitting area he become impatient cz he want to meet her. After a while after she left, he excused himself from his Father and Father in law and left the room.
Shilpa saw Ananya and Padma in the kitchen who were discussing something about dishes.
Shilpa : hey Mom can I help you in setting up table ?
Ananya with a smile : Thank you beta, but not now as this lunch is specially arrange for you, so you just relax, and you have to attend a flight too so better if you take some rest.
Ananya saw Armaan coming from behind, she understand his feelings and said to shilpa,: Shilpa ! beta why dn't you go and visit the house completely'''
And then to : Ammy make her visit the house..
Armaan was surprised yet happy , he thanked his mom with his bright eyes and then look at Padma for the approval who said happily : Yes C'mon take her with you.
Shilpa repeats his name under her breath, so only she can hear : Ammy
And then smile she turn to see him who was standing behind her with his charming smile.
Armaan by looking into her eyes : Come
Shilpa walks towards him, he griped her hand without caring about the old ladies infront of them, although Shilpa feels so embarrass around her Mother and Mother in law on holding his hand but he cares less about that. And then he takes her with him and left for showing her the house.
Ananya and Padma were first surprised on his act cute act but then both feel happy for their kids.
After showing her the grand Lawn, the huge main hall, the decent study, he was finally proceeding towards his own room.
After approaching inside the room he said : and Finally this is the room which belongs to me.
She had left his hand and was not standing in the middle of the room her back was facing him.
The whole house was amazingly built, The Art and designing of the house and the combination of simplicity and decency was showing the personalities of the persons from whom it belongs to. but yes Armaan's room was more peaceful among all the places or may be she feels so due to her special sweet bonding with Armaan.
Shilpa with a mischief smile : hmmm so this is Ammy's room. Ammy nice name na ?
She wants to tease him by taking his new name which she just heard from Ananya and now she was making him smile with her mischief behavior.
Well this room is OUR'S now saying so
Armaan comes from behind and hugged her, wrapped his arms around her's and finally locked his hands around her slim waist. She who was smililing on his word OUR'S now His touch was making her shiver.
Armaan staying his chin on her shoulder : Not Ammy, I'm Armaan for you, just Armaan. You know when you say Armaan it sounds so romantic
saying so he smiled and start to nuzzle he hair, She gasped on his closeness and closed her eyes enjoying his touch, and in merely an audible voice she called out his name.
Shilpa nearly a whisper : Ar '. Ar..maaan
Armaan : Oyee hoyye I told you na, that , it sounds romantic, you know when you say armaan toh kuch kuch hota hai .
She turned around to face him, on her turning around he stared into her green eyes which were lightening up with a lot of emotions flowing inside them, so as she stared into his deep eyes which were conveying something to her yet those were sad and she knew it why,
Still staring into his sad eyes unknowingly her hands went around his neck, while he was still holding her from her waist. feeling her grip around his neck he pulled her more closer to him. Bringing his face more close to her, he kissed her cheek near her lip corner,
She had tightened her grip onto his neck , he was about to kiss her on her lips, just then both heard Ananya's voice, she was calling them for Lunch.
Armaan sighed in frustration and said : Mom ! wrong timings.
Where as shilpa giggled on his face expressions and said : Perfect timings.
She was about to left the room when he grabbed her wrist and pulled her back towards him.
Armaan : where ? wait , Armaan Malik never left anything undone, let me complete what I was about to do.
He slightly push her back towards wall, so that her back touched the wall, he put his both hands onto the wall where as her hands were staying on his shoulders, bringing his face closer to her. He joined brushes his tip of long nose with her warm skin of nose and he said,
Armaan with close eyes in nearly a whisper : jaa ri ho na, Mjhy choor kar. . . . .
Hearing his words she opened her eyes and look above at him, her heart sinks a bit on seeing him.
And she become nervous cz of his closeness again she said in a trembling voice : Armaaan
He puts his finger on her trembled lips and said : Ssshhh'.not even a word Shona, I'm afraid, you are going away for a long time, I wanted to spend more time with you before our marriage, how I'll suppose to live here without you,
Shilpa looks above into his eyes for some time and then with a swift pull she grab his collar and give him a long gentle Kiss on his lips.
Armaan was first surprise & then registering the situation he kissed her back. It was so heavenly that the pain which he was feeling from the whole week was vanished for sometime., both Parted their Kiss, and joined their foreheads.
Shilpa was relax this time, she was shy yet satisfied with her act, cz this was necessary to make him calm down. Plus she too want to be more close to him, when ever the thoughts came into her mind that now for a month she'll not be able to see him, to touch him, to feel his arms around her, this thought makes her feel so empty.
Armaan was still smiling like a baby who get his favorite candy, comes back to his senses and said.
Armaan in a whisper : Thanks, ( making her go blush and said again ) So you dn't want the reply of my last night text ?
Shilpa with a blush noded in negative, but he continued,
Armaan : but I want to reply that,
Pulling her more closer from her waist again he grabbed her hands and make them stay on his shoulders, he kissed her nose tip and said : I Love You.
In the mean time Ananya called out their name again.
Shilpa heard her, and said to Armaan : we should go now, Mom is calling for us,
while the smiling Armaan was still busy in reading her expression on his 3 simple words, ignoring her statement. He holds her hand and bring that onto his heart and said
Armaan : Shona ! can you feel ? just feel its your effect on me.
His heart was beating fast so fast that she could feel the rhythm on her hand's skin,
She smiled on his cute act, and by looking into his eyes, she just pushed him back with a push but gently by her same hand which was still staying on his heart.
He frowns on this, not understanding what she was doing exactly, in the mean time she grabbed him from his arm and nearly drag him towards the door saying.
Shilpa : No more romance Mr. Ammy Malik. We are late, everyone will be looking for us. So let's go.
Armaan made a disappointed face & said : No Ammy only Armaan I told you na, and you are so un romantic, with a thought he grinned hard and said, no actually, you are romantic sometimes like ''..
Shilpa didn't let him speak the whole sentence and smack hard on his arm, as he was just going to point towards their last kiss which was totally Shilpa's start.
Armaan with over acting : Ouch, that's not fair.
By the time they reach towards the dinning area. All were already on the table, Armaan and Shilpa joins them and take their seats.
The lunch was delicious and Shilpa really like it, she told Ananya that she has taste in her hands. During the lunch there was a li'l chit chat going on, and every one specially Ananya was pulling Armaan's leg by making his fun.
Ananya to shilpa : Beta ! yeh Gajjar ka halwa bhi lo, Armaan nay khud apnay hathoo say banya hai,
Shilpa chocked her food on hearing her, Ananya quickly gives her a glass of water. She quickly drank that,
Armaan was hell embarrassed on his mother's statement, and he said : Mom that's not funny.
Ananya grins : even I didn't say its funny. C'mon She should know how much you eat up my brain in kitchen. ( shifted her gaze towards shilpa and said her smilingly ) no, I'm kidding, but Shilpa he is good instructor today he helped me a lot in kitchen.
Shilpa smiled on Ananya and then shifted her eyes towards him, who was now looking at her, her smile grew more wider and she thanked him from her eyes, and she gives him a thank you gesture.
He saw her saying him thank you and automatically his embarrassed face turn into a huge glowing smile.
The time passed on lunch during these sweet chit chats, and now After they had finish the lunch they left for AirPort to drop her.
Airport :
At the departure terminal they all were standing around Shilpa, waiting for the announcement. During this time Armaan remains quite. And he didn't take off his eyes from her even for a second, he was reading her face expressions some time she was Sad, sometimes he feels her confused and scared but at the other moment he feels her bold and calm, he was observing her each and every expression,so intently that even he was not aware of his surroundings, he came back to present when he feels movements around him, the announcement was being held about her flight, and now she was all ready to go inside the terminal,
She greeted with billy who gave her a side hug and blessings. Then she greeted Shashank and said him not to be irresponsible in taking medicines, he nodded in a No , smilingly and promise her that he'll take his medicines regularly. She hugged him tightly and then
She came towards Padma, who was near to cry but she was controlling herself from not to cry. She hugged shilpa tightly. And the Shilpa greeted with Ananya, Ananya kissed her forehead and gives her blessings.
Finally when she was done with everyone she feels something missing,
And there the missing part was standing with the side of pillar with his arms folded across his cheast.
Seeing her attentive towards him he made his self stands straight and walks towards her.
Without caring about the elder persons there, her hugged her, so tightly not want to leave her. Neither did she want to let go him from the hug.
But then again the announcement brings him back into the present and he realized that he had to let go her, its time now.
He apart from hug and kissed her forehead, saying her Good Bye with a smile.
Their parents were watching them smilingly, they were so happy for their kids, and there still standing on the airport they prayed for them and thanked to their God that he made a Perfect Pair of their childrens.
Shilpa Left. And now she was inside the terminal, out of sight.
Armaan turn around to find out his Mom and his Maa both were in tears,
To make the atmosphere light,
He walks towards them and stand b/w them, hugging them on each side
He kissed their cheeks and said :Two gorgeous ladies are crying and what are you guys doing here just standing here silently ?
C'mon She'll be back soon, now please cheer up and smile all of you.
Although he tried a lot to hide his tears and somehow he succeeded in it, but his weak voice was showing his inner condition.
he convince Shashank and Padma to stay with Maliks and offered them a coffee sitting,
cz he knows after returning back to home they will miss their daughter.
And here Mr. & Mrs. Malhotra agreed on his offer and join them at coffee, they had a good time togather, but everyone was missing her.
Specially her Armaan, but he was controlling on his sadness, and yes he was good in this Art of hiding his feelings.
No one was aware of what will be the next move of God in their destiny , and here God was planning many things for them, infact her trip was a part of it, it was necessary for them to be at distance for sometime, so that they will get to know, what they are for each other and what they meant to eachother, this distance was important to know about the depth of their Love, Care and Concern for each other.
