Part 60
Without Maan's knowledge, some words skips from his mouth...
M: Geet! tum aur ye vicky dono bilkul meri mom jaise
Geet is shocked by Maan's words.
G: (st) Why Maan is talking about mom? He doesn't like anyone talk about her na? Now how come he himself talks about her?
Maan himself is shocked by his words
M: (st) ye maine kya bol diya? Why i am talking about mom?
Maan goes to MSK mode
M: Geet!
Geet senses the coldness in his voice
G: ji
M: Seat belt pehenlo
G: ji
Geet fastens her seat belt. Maan starts driving. For the rest of the journey, both didn't talk to each other.
Both are lost in their respective childhood thoughts. Maan is remembering the good times he had with his mother and how his life changed after his mother left. Geet is remembering how Maan's mother faced lot of troubles in raising Geet, Ajay and Vicky.
Finally Maaneet reach the khurana mansion. Both are silently getting down from the car and walks towards the mansion.
Dadima, jugnu mama, dev and annie are waiting for Maan in the drawing room. They didn't know anything about Maan's confession to Geet. They are thinking that Maan is still searching for Geet and that is why he didn't return to the mansion yet.
Dadima and jugnu mama are praying to god
Dadi: (st) hye bhagavan! Soon, Maan should accept geet
Jugnu: (st) bhagavan! Maan should bring back geet to the mansion
dev and annie are happy that Geet has left the mansion. at the same time they are sad that Maan has gone in search of Geet
annie; (st) why the hell maan bhai is searching for that geet?
dev is recalling how restless was maan when he learnt that geet has left the mansion
dev; (st) the way bro behaved in the morning comfirms my doubt. He might have married that geet secretely. But does bro still love that geet? she was the reason for karan's death na?
Our chandu bhaiya is also sad that Geet is not there to help him
Chandu: (st) hey bhagavan! Geet madam has left the mansion all of a sudden. Now who will give me tips to impress maan sir. Please bhagavan! Send geet madam back to the mansion very soon
Maan and Geet are entering inside the drawing room. Dadi notices Maaneet.
Though Dadima is happy to see Geet again, she wants to get an assurance from Maan that he will never send Geet out of the mansion. so she decides to be harsh on Maan so as to persuade him to take a firm decision.
Dadi: rukhiye Maan! andhar math ayiye
Maaneet are shocked. They are stopping at their current position and looks at each other.
Jugnu mama and chandu are haapy to see Geet but they are shocked by dadi's words.
Dev and aniie are shocked to see Geet.
Dadi walks to Maaneet and asks Maan in a cold voice
Dadi: Maan! now why have you brought Geet here?
Geet is confused by dadi's behaviour. Maan gets angry
M: dadima! ye aap kaise sawal pooch rahe hai?
Dadi: hum bilkul sahi sawal pooch rahe hai Maan. ab jawab deejiye
Maan gives dadima a stern look. Geet is silently watching Maan and dadima
Dadi: Maan! i am tired of all these things. One day you are asking Geet to leave you. The other day you are searching for her like a crazy man. Ye kya horaha hai beta?
Geet expects that Maan will say something about their confession. But Maan is silently staring at dadi.
G: (st) why Maan is not saying anything?
Dadi: Maan! what you are doing with Geet is not good for both of you. zindagi koi bachhon ko khel nahi hai beta. now tell me Maan, what have you decided in Geet's matter?
Jugnu mama and others are looking at Maan and expecting a reply from him.
Maan didn't reply anything. Geet couldn't understand why Maan is not saying anything
Dadi: Maan! hum aap se kuch puch rahe hain. Ab jawab deejiye
Geet couldn't bear to see that dadi is questioning Maan in front of everyone. She tries to stop dadima.
G: please dadima! aap Maan se yesa...
Dadima gives Geet a stern look and talks in a stern voice
Dadi: Geet! hum hamare pautha se baath kar rahe hain. Aap se nahi
Geet is shocked to the core. Maan has lost his patience and shouts
M: bas. Bohat hogaya
Dadi goes mute
Geet gestures him to calm down. But Maan couldn't control his anger
M: dadima! ye aap Geet ke saath jo kar rahe hai na wo bilkul teek nahi hai
Dadi: wo hi tho hum bhi bol rahe hai Maan ki ye aap Geet ke saath jo kar rahe hai na wo bilkul teek nahi hai.
Maan and Geet are looking at each other
Dadi: Maan beta! Geet has a life too. But you are treating her like a doll. One day you ask her to leave you, the other day you run away from her and blame her that she is the reason for your troubles, the next day you want her back into your life. for how long will you continue like this?
geet understands that dadima is worried about them and that is why she is behaving like this.
Maan remains silent. Geet is confused by Maan's silence. She tries to tell dadi about their confession
G: dadima! main aur Maan...
Maan realises what Geet is trying to do. He stops her
M: Geet! chup raho
Geet couldn't understand what is going on in Maan's mind.
Dadi: Maan! ab saaf saaf batayiye ki Geet aap ke liye hain kaun?
M: sab kuch
Geet's heart skips a beat and she looks at Maan with tears in her eyes. He gestures her not to cry.
Dadima and others didn't expect these words from Maan. Both are very happy by Maan's words.
Dadi smirks. Jugnu mama smiles.
Dev and annie are almost getting heart attack.
Chandu is also very happy
Chandu: (st) ye kya hai? picture me naya twist?
M: chalo Geet
Maan grabs Geet's wrist and walks...
Dadi: ek minute Maan
Maan stops.
Dadi: now you can't bring Geet inside
Maaneet and others are shocked again
M: dadima! what is wrong with you?
Dadi: i am perfectly alright Maan. andhar jaane se pehle muj se vadha keejiye ki aap Geet ko kabhi bhi is ghar se bahar nahi bejdege
M: sirf ghar se nahi dadima mere zindagi se bhi Geet ko main kabhi bhi bahar nahi jane doonga. Ye mera vadha hai
Dadima and jugnu mama are very happy that finally Maan has promised that he will not send Geet away from him.
Dev and annie are fuming.
M: chalo Geet
Maan walks holding Geet by her wrist and Geet follows him silently
Chandu: (st) acha hua bhagavan! Hereafter Maan sir won't play the day and night game. During day time also Geet madam can stay in the mansion without the fear of being thrown out by maan sir.
@ Maaneet room...
Maaneet are entering inside their room...
Maan releases Geet's wrist and he goes and sits on the bed.
He is very upset by dadi's behaviour. Geet didn't know what to do. She goes and sits next to him silently. Maan takes her hand into his. Geet stares at his face
M: Geet!
G: ji
M: now you are wondering why i didn't tell dadima about our love. Hena?
G: woh...
M: main jaantha hu Geet
Geet looks into his eyes
M: par Geet...i have a reason for not telling dadima about us
Geet looks at him questioningly
M: Geet! before telling this to anyone, we need to sort out some issues between us
Maan feels that, before taking their relationship to next stage, he should tell geet about the connection he has with Nandhini's death. but he didn't know where to start.

Geet fears that the conversation may lead to questions about Maan's mother. So she tries to end the conversation

Maan is disappointed. But he too thinks that Geet needs some rest and he agrees with her

Maan kisses her forehead, gets up from the bed and walks towards the door to leave the room. Geet feels bad. Maan is about to open the door to go out...
